If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL establishment Iāve ever came across and this was my second horrible experience in a row with the staff and I was quiet the first time. The manager is extremely rude and sounds miserable every time sheās on the speaker. I say āhelloā and wait another couple minutes to say āhelloā again and the manager responded āONE SECOND MAMā in the most frustrating tone, Told me I had to get out of the drive thru line to come inside to get my online order because āitās policy and I can hold up the lineā ⦠for two small blizzards? I understand it may be your policy but itās not about what you say itās how you say things right? Heard that one before?
I sincerely wish this whole encounter was recorded to be a prime example of what terrible customer service is. I was extremely fed up and stated Iāve gotten my order in the drive thru many times before and she proceeds to rebuttal in the most condescending tone just going back and forth about policies. At this point weāre wasting time arguing and I ask can I pull forward and get my order.. the manager says āwell I was going to let you, until you were rude. now you can come inā as if you werenāt rude FROM THE BEGINNING? I am NOT going to bend backwards for your policies when you lack BASIC communication skills.
Then another member (sounded like a young girl) gets onto the speaker ( I guess since the manager walked away) and starts telling me how āhatefulā and ārudeā I was and says I can pull forward and then says nvm come in.ā THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. If I had not continuously had to say āare you going to let me pull forward or notā we wouldāve continued arguing and them trying to further prove their point versus moving along and telling me to come in next time please. Terrible leadership and even more disappointing that the employees have begun to follow suit. I specifically ordered online to avoid another bad encounter like last time and it was worse. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI want to take out the time to say thank you to a young man that came to my rescue! I noticed one of the female workers giving people their food. Her height reaches the level of the area where the cooks are to place the food so the worker can place the food on a tray or in a bag. When she looked at the food, (I'm assuming), her height limited her vision which caused her to have her face uncomfortably close to the food. She also picked up the fries with her hands covering all the fries on top of the container. Now this is something she could have done different. When it came to my to go order there was a young man standing by her and he had noticed me looking. Now this is just an assumption but I could have sworn that he warned the lady I was looking, and her response was I don't care. She then grabbed both fries with her palm open no gloves and put them in the bag. She walked as if she was going to take the order to the proper customer but stopped to do something else. The young man picked up the bag and went around the room looking for the right customer. The whole time I'm praying that it's not my order, but it was. I told the young man that I didnt want the order because of her placing her hands all over my fries and me watching her touch and handling other things. The young man threw my fries away and ordered me a new order of fries. He then placed the fries in the bag by the container NOT by placing his hand on the fries and placed them in the bag. I told the young man he just didn't know how much I appreciated him. The place was clean and the cooks wore gloves and it would appear they thought of everything to be clean towards the customer. So if you could please teach the person who places the food in the bag or on the tray to think of themselves when handling other people food maybe she could do better. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI rarely give a fast food place 5 stars, but solely based on this one visit, I was very impressed today. The building looked great as we drove up, no trash in the lot. We walked in and used the restrooms first. They were very clean and smelled inviting. Obviously, they must have recently been cleaned. Not one dirty table in the lobby. The lobby actually looks modern and has multiple TVs showing news, sports, and even Bluey for the kids. The cashier was very nice and polite. We waited maybe 5-8 minutes for our food, but remember, DQ cooks all their food to order. I had a #1 combo, the burger. My wife had the steak finger basket. All the food was fresh and hot and tasted great, including the fries. Her steak fingers were so hot, when she bit into them you could see the steam coming off them. The cashier made his rounds and checked on everyone today. We then got a dipped cone and a blizzard for dessert. Perfectly made and tasted great. I've read some really negative reviews about this particular store, and i know fast food can be hit and miss depending on staff, time, and day of the week, but today was the best experience I've ever had at a DQ.
