Almost every time I come, the people are rude and lazy. They have a bad habit of saying that they are out of something when it's very obvious that they just do not want to put the effort into making it. We have come in over an hour before closing and not only do they already have everything packed away but they completely ignored us on several different occasions. Both times it happened, the manager walked past us waiting and didn't acknowledge us until we finally left. I went in once at 6:30 am on a weekday morning and ordered a cold brew coffee. I waited about 20 minutes for my drink before finally asking about it, only then to be informed that it would not be ready until 12:30 pm. Today I went in and ordered a speciality frappe and the lady was down right mean. She chewed me out for ordering it, claiming that the promotion was over but a trip to the corporate website (and complaint center) as well as a Starbucks on the other side of town proved that it wasn't over. It didn't matter much that she said it was over, but how she said it was extremely rude and excessive, going on about how it was done. I've had great, friendly experiences with a few of the employees when I go there on Sunday mornings to study but any other time I go Im dissapointed. It's too expensive for poor quality and horrible costumer service. It's not hard to be...
Read moreI have been to this Starbucks a few times in the last couple of months and every single time it has been a massive disappointment. They have never once gotten my order correct. For context, I have been ordering iced caramel macchiatos with extra caramel at different Starbucks locations allllll across the DFW Metroplex for quite some time now, and have never encountered any problems. That is, until I had the terrible misfortune of stumbling across this particular Starbucks. All three times I have ordered extra caramel at this location, the staff members "correct" me. I have been told three times now that what I want is extra vanilla. If I wanted extra vanilla, I would have said "extra vanilla." I was even told one of these times "there is no caramel in that drink," which is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, given that it is a CARAMEL macchiato. No other location is so easily confused by the word caramel, and I really do not understand why this location cannot seem to get it together and...
Read moreI would just like to start off by saying that I have worked for multiple Starbucks as a barista, shift supervisor & was training to be an assistant store manager at one point so I know what Starbucks can & can’t do. With that being said I went to this location this morning & asked for a double smoked bacon but the bacon on the side for my husband. (Side not, I am pregnant & bacon does not sit right with my stomach). I was told no by a barista who said her manager “Nate” who is the store manager? Told her, “we can’t do that.” As a former employee I know for a fact that you can do that, especially since I’m paying for the Sandwhich and they were gonna pull the bacon off to throw it in the trash anyway. That showed me that the manager was too lazy or did not care about my customer service experience which Starbucks is supposed to a high quality coffee shop. This unfortunate encounter screamed...
