Came here for lunch 7/10/24 and decided to go inside due to the long drive thru line figuring I would save myself some time. I was wrong, I spent about 25 min from walking in to walking out with my food. There was a large number of people looking to get food on their lunch hour and speed was not on the menu. They had trouble with a $78.49 order ahead of me, from what I could tell the issue was on Wendy's end. When I was finally able to order I was told I could not place an order over $20... No problem, I just want a biggie bag for my lunch. Ordered and let her know it was to go. Mind you, I wasn't in a rush and was very patient, but you could see the numerous customers with upset in their eyes while they waited to either get their order, or place it. All of us waited patiently while the nearly $80 order ahead of us all was prepared and given to the family before the orders that followed. One gentleman said he wasted almost his whole lunch there but had to go and hoped his order was correct. Finally, my name is called (incorrectly at that) but my food is on a tray. I kindly wait and let the woman behind the counter know I ordered to go. No apology for the mixup, just hands me a bag so I could bag it myself. Up to that point, I was patient and understanding, but once I was handed the bag without a word, I was basically told with body language, "bag it yourself, I'm busy." Then I had to inconvenience her because even though I was asked while paying what sauce I would like, I had no sauce on the tray, or in the empty bag I was handed. I hope y'all will go back and look through the cameras from about 12:30-12:50 that day and see how astronomically busy it was and how frustrated yet patient every customer was, as not one person while I was there interrupted the staff in hopes that by doing so, they would get their...
Read moreI wanted to give the new Wendys a try since it’s close to my house. I had a horrible experience during my first visit that I rather drive further away than go to this location. First I had to wait 15 min after paying in the drive through window, I know it was 15 because I checked my receipt. When someone finally tried to give me my food, a teenage girl was carrying my bowl of salad without a lid WITHOUT GLOVES. I asked her if I could have another one because that was not sanitary and she got upset and rolled her eyes. She then put on ONE glove and made the second salad. I did not trust eating it and I was not going to wait another 15 min for a $7 refund. When I got home, my chicken sandwich was undercooked. The whole experience was horrible. I saw teenagers inside just standing around talking to each other. I know it’s a new location but management needs to step it up and hire responsible teenagers. At least have a good manager to manage them. I couldn’t call someone about my experience because there’s not even a phone...
Read moreThe location was not busy. I pulled up 10 minutes after placing my mobile order and said I had a mobile order and gave them my name and they had me pull up to the window. Waited forever. Came up and asked me again for my name and said that I must not have placed it because they didn’t have it. Showed them my phone and she called the manager. Manager looked pissed off and rolled her eyes then opened the window and made me pull up my bank account to show her the money was taken. Told me I ALWAYS have to place the order 30-45 minutes ahead of time before they get it. I’m on a bit of a Wendy’s kick, unfortunately, and have ordered from this location through the app specifically a few times. Sometimes while in their parking lot. Never had this issue before. She said I would have to wait another 20 minutes before they would even begin to make the order or I can just leave and she will cancel it. Fix your face, fix your attitude, fix your customer service. Sorry, Wendy’s kick has ended for me and I will not be back....
