Dropped down to a 2* AGAIN. Because yet again people in the line took precedence over me as a customer. I'm done ordering ahead or eating at Qdoba at all. No MATTER how good the queso is or economical they are compared to Chipotle. I literally saw my mini bowl, chips/dip and soda SITTING there waiting to be bagged. She even told me she just had to bag it up. THEN IGNORED MY ORDER while she checked out 4 people in line. Because they couldn't wait the 30 seconds it would have taken to bag and hand me my food. -5 on service. AND no matter how many times people comment or review SAYING THIS they STILL DO IT. It's like a slap in the face to people who order ahead. This restaurant had been doing so good. But the last month again to go orders are not being done in a timely manner. Again today I arrived and 6 in store customers ORDERED, HAD THEIR FOOD MADE, PAID AND LEFT BEFORE MY BURRITO WAS EVEN STARTED. And 4 of those people ENTERED THE STORE after me. 18 minute wait for my order
So sick of this restaurant ignoring to-go orders for the people in line. I arrived 5 minutes after submitting my order. Was told it was "still being worked on" AND THEY SERVED 3 OTHER PEOPLE WHO WALKED IN PAST ME STANDING THERE WAITING. They stopped making MY FOOD in the middle to make the peoples walking in FIRST.
WHY does this location ALWAYS wait until they are completely out of fajita veggies before preparing any more????? Literally every time I come here I have to wait for anywhere from 5-10 minutes for the veggies.
If it were possible this location would get a negative score for service. It's already TERRIBLE if you're a delivery courier. But I've found out even if you're a customer you don't matter.
The proof tonight was when I came in. No customers in the line and 6 staff members. But the order I was picking up to deliver hadn't even been started. So I decided I would grab a mini bowl and queso for dinner. So I got in line and waited for someone to help me as they prepared the delivery order. I was completely ignored. After around 2-3m standing there being ignored. The one young who asked who lady told me my pickup was ready. I told her I was going to grab something for myself. She said ohh turned around and walked away. After another 2-3m of being ignored I left grabbing my delivery order on the way out. The staff here including the managers spend a lot of time standing around and ALWAYS prioritize customers walking in over delivery or carryout. Several times I've been told my order was being made when staff stop working on it and go help a customer who walked in. Seems every time I come here there are always some issues. I can understand delays during busy times but when there is no one in the restaurant??? With 6 staff???
All in all the only patronage I'll be giving this location in the future is when I'm delivering. It's the closest to home but an extra couple miles more than makes up for the stress I...
Read moreWhile being inpatient for a few days with my daughter, I ate at this location twice. Both times, my burrito was delicious and the staff was pleasant. I do want to specifically say, your employee Dennis was unforgettable. He was so kind the first day and when I went back the next day, he not only recognized my order but he also made a point to check on me. He doesn’t know me at all but seeing my “parent” badge from DeVos, he took a minute to stop what he was doing and simply say, “Is everything okay? Are you okay?” I was caught off guard by his kindness and compassion and I walked away in tears. At that moment, I was seen and acknowledged by a kind stranger and it was a beautiful moment. Dennis may never see this review but if by chance he does...sincerely thank you Dennis, from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and compassion!!! You made my entire day after an emotional rollercoaster few days of...
Read moreI work at Butterworth so I frequent this location. When I order I almost always order online so I don't have to wait in line, usually give them an hours notice, but I'd say about 60-70% of the time, the order isn't ready, and they start making it when I arrive. I almost always get an attitude from the cashier (woman with glasses, do not recall her name), manager has given me attitude when i asked where my order was (order was to be ready at 1pm, stood waiting until 1:15) saying that i "was just standing there like i didn't know what i wanted". Only way they can get an order accurate is if you order in person, have yet to have a 100% accurate online order. Portions vary widely, can get a burrito bursting at the seams, or you can get a burrito that is literally a...
