Starbucks — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

There was a guy working the morning I went that was very rude to this African American lady when she told him she ordered the wrong drink because she couldn't read well but the lady that was working with him had him fix it for her when he wasn't willing to. Way to go, I loved this interaction! Nice to see the good women out there taking care of people like we do! Glad the lady got what she wanted since those drinks aren't cheap. Wish I knew the names of the workers. The girl deserves am award for customer service and the guy needs an attitude...

Morning crew rocks! Afternoon crew are short attitudes and do not listen. I asked for a hot tea with ice for my 7 year old, had to ask for ice after I got it because it was still hot and no ice was added. Then I asked for a mocha frap with extra espresso and after she said it has 3 in it I had to tell her 4 twice. And ended up with 4 shot in a ice mocha. despite being updated to say 100 Michigan (probably because the Corewell Location is tired of losing customers to their bad-mouthed staff), this is 35 Michigan inside the food court, across from 100 Michigan. The location across the street also told us this location was closing.
