Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Grants Pass

I give my review of this one store as a daily customer of Medford Dutch Bros. And only applies to the lounge and three employees I had contact with. What a nice coffee shop with nice employees. Unfortunately there is no flow to the store. No sign to indicate that the i-pad laying on the counter it's where you are supposed to order and pay. A nice customer who saw me wandering around informed me of this. OR that the TV's on the wall with pictures labeled " latte, mocha, Americana etc. and with no prices is the menu. The 20 something's behind the counter, though nice have great remorse for the customers who have a difficult time finding the flow in their shop. The patronizing voice and facial expressions as they help older, (30 & 40 something's) navigate what is seemingly so simple and obvious to them is more than obvious. But at the end of the day these business practices seem to be effective. At least for the dozen or so millennials hanging around the counter who seem to know all of the employees from school I assume. So it's 100% my hang up but I personally don't enjoy feeling so out of the know, unintelligent and lost when trying to get a cup of...

This is the very first Dutch Bros location so it was a must see for me being a big Dutch Bros fan. I noticed they offer soft serve ice cream at this location only so I was excited to see what that was all about.

Upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by two very friendly broistas. There were quite a few people inside but there was no wait. I went to order my normal drink and she highly recommended I try the ice cream since you can only get it at this location. Twists my arm 🤣 I immediately ordered it without hesitation and she even offered several options for me to add to the ice cream. All I can say is if you ever get the chance to come to this location, GET THE ICE CREAM! It was absolutely delicious and had the best flavor ever. I'd be in serious trouble if I lived in Grants Pass because I'd be coming here all the time!

This is a must see location with awesome broistas and a very chill and fun vibe!...

This is the first brick and mortar Dutch Bros that I've ever seen. Much better than those drive through shacks! This is a beautiful place! Cozy... nice! Love the coffee, love the chai tea. Sad though that the menu is small and unclear on a monitor behind the counter. We can't see what we want until it's our turn to order and then struggle to navigate through the options. This is clearly a place for people who already know what to order. Also the youngsters behind the counter seem to love yelling at each other about their personal adventures. I couldn't hear my wife ask me things about the menu because of their shouting. I wish they had a menu posted outside or at least in more places inside so that we (and others) can make a selection without holding everyone up and...
