In response to your reply: While I appreciate the reply, you are yet again insinuating that your computer error was my fault and the people who left due to my "loud complaining"... I would like you to go into more detail about that because there was no loud complaining whatsoever, simply trying to understand how we could get things to the finish line and how this error could be avoided in the future as it was not only an inconvenience to me and the 50 people that I promised lunch to but to you as well. Secondly, you told me you would follow up with me with a phone call. This order was placed over a week ago...As you just mentioned, you handled it and refunded the money. This is the first I heard about it and am only hearing about it because I finally took the time to write a review in hopes that it would bring attention to someone because calling corporate does not work and leaving messages for them on their website does not work either. It took me leaving you a review, calling you out directly and then making it "right" in public. Again, the computer error was not your fault but the way you handled it certainly was. Good luck in the future!
Really disappointed in the service received for a large catering order. I ordered a lunch for 50 people to be picked up at a certain time. When I showed up, the owner was working the counter and had the order in her system for a pickup 4 days from then. At that point, instead of trying to make things right, it was insinuated that the issue was my fault and that I should always call to confirm the order (even though they send a detailed confirmation email). They rushed to put the order together and again it was my fault because they had to bring in more employees and lost out on business because of my large order. I was unable to get a receipt and was assured I would be followed up with once they “spoke with corporate”. That never happened. Do yourself a favor, don’t have your accounts waiting for over an hour and half for a late lunch. Order your catering services from anyone else...
Read moreI feel bad even writing this, but I feel like it's necessary for the betterment of this establishment. Do not ever order delivery from this place, ever. This is the 8 or 9th time IN A ROW that we've either not received our order due to a "system glitch", received the order an hour late, or just straight up received something incorrectly, this time we were told since the system didn't receive the order that they'd like to cancel it altogether which kind of blew our minds. I loved Pita Pit when I lived in Portland, I probably ate there once a week, but this version of Pita Pit in GP is sad. I've never given a review like this before, but there's a first time for everything. I kept wanting to give it another chance, but instead received another slap in the face...I probably deserved it...

Had we not paid before they started making our pitas we would have just walked outt. If you want to wait 20 minutes to get your food when its not even close to busy than this is the place for you. There was one guy ahead of us. The girl that was helping us just randomly walks off and takes a break and the other girl takes her sweet ass time to come help us. Plus there's four other girls in the back. Absolutley no reason for waiting as long as we did. They weren't that friendly either. Shouldn't be able to choose their own music, they were playing some crappy rap.. how unprofessional?? When we finally got our food, shes slams it down on the counter. How do they still...
