I am not one to complain or write poor reviews, but I have tried this place twice and both times have had a very awful experience. I ordered online so I didnât have to wait a super long time due to only having a thirty minute lunch break. My order was supposed to be ready at 3:55pm. I arrived at 4:00pm just give them a five minute buffer in case they were running behind. When I got there it was busy. I was very understanding since I was an assistant manager at Jersey Mikeâs for two and a half years and have been through the fast pace environment the food industry often comes with. I went to the online order pickup zone and nobody even acknowledged me. I spoke up and asked if they had my order. Nobody answered me. I stood back for about five more minutes and then asked if my order was being worked on. I get no response. Since I was not getting any help where I was supposed to pick up my order, I then sat in line for a good fifteen minutes to get to the front and ask for my order. He then gets my order which had been done the whole time and sitting on a counter. The man at the register was very nice and handed the order to me. I walk back to work (about a two minute walk) and when I go to take a bite everything is bone cold. It had been sitting there for so long it was not even warm. I couldnât even eat my lunch. The same thing happened the first time I tried this place and today I decided to give it another chance. I spent my whole lunch break waiting for food I ordered ahead of time. This was very disappointing and I will not be back. I understand being busy and I understand the rush that a fast food joint is put through, but neglecting a customer? I did not pay for that type of service and I wonât be paying for that type of service in the future. I will find another place to...
Read moreWe gave our order to a guy who was more interested in joking with his coworkers than actually taking the order. You know ok, that's fine. The order was taken, and honestly, that's what we cared about, but then we get the food, and there are tomatoes everywhere even though we asked for none. The guy who took our order just laughed and said, "Oh wait, didn't you say no tomatoes?" And that was it. He turned around and just started talking again.. I know we did not spend $15.00 per sandwich for him to get the order wrong, and then just laugh it off and walk away. We pulled the tomatoes off and tried to ignore the situation, we were so busy Christmas shopping, and we had kids to get home too, but then the meat had ZERO flavor and why when we were just handed this food was it cold in some spots?!? When we went to talk to the guy taking orders there was a line and there was little hope that he would actually help so we just tossed food and grabbed a slice of pizza to scarf down so we could get back to shopping. Just worst encounter, especially since this was our first time eating at this business. Best believe we will not be visiting any other location either. It's definitely a...
Read moreI took my kids here for lunch on 12/7/19. The cashier took our order. My daughter specifically asked for no tomato or lettuce. We doubled that order for my son. The receipt reflected what we ordered. When my daughter brought the cheesesteaks to the table she pointed out that one of them had lettuce and tomatoes on it. I took it back to the cashier and explained that we got the wrong cheesesteak. He immediately challenged me and told me thatâs exactly what my daughter ordered. Thatâs definitely not the correct response when a customer is telling you their order is wrong. To dig his hole even deeper, not only did he stand his ground with telling me we got what we ordered but he doubled down and explained that we asked for the second cheesesteak to be the same. So I pointed at the food and asked him âdo they look the same?! Either way your argument is invalid.â I showed him the receipt which reflected exactly what I ordered. Realizing how foolish he was, he backed down and said âIâm not gonna argue with you but weâll remake the sandwichâ. I just couldnât believe what was happening. It was a very bizarre and unpleasant...
