The Good: The team working tonight was very efficient getting people through the line and the food out. The line never got too long and ordering was quick. The food was also good. My burger actually looked like the picture. That's why they get 2 stars.
The Bad: The team including manager were so efficient (the manager was working two different kiosks at the same time) that there was zero customer service. There was no greeting, pleasantries of any kind, thank you or your welcome even when I did all these things to engage the worker. I got an unchanging deadpan annoyed expression from the worker. Then they were already rushing customers behind me to come up while I was still paying. A group of girls were trying to decide what they wanted and the worker that served me called them forward twice before saying hello with more attitude than Miley Cyrus riding a wrecking ball. This was how they treated everyone while I was there, so they were consistent at least.

Usually the service is okay but today, I experienced the most hostile manager and customer service I have ever had in my life. I was trying to scan for my rewards and deals ( 1$ Large fry reward) and upon asking if the reward had went through at the register, I was yelled at and humiliated by the manager(Santos Merlos) several times telling me that I didn’t know what I was doing and that I was taking too long. Not sure if all employees at this location are like this, or if it was because my airport badge was displayed and therefore my customer service experience was deemed insignificant. Regardless, no customer should ever be treated that way. My discount was not processed and I was charged the full price for my fries. Will not be coming back to this McDonald’s. Read moreThere's few things to get wrong with a food order. Example: ordering the cheeseburger meal and asking for them "to be plain" does not mean I want a hamburger with everything. A plain cheeseburger usually means I only want the cheese. Somehow they got that wrong on both accounts. Absolutely no clue how that got messed up when the word that came out of my mouth were, "I'd like the cheeseburger meal... And if those can be plain that'd be perfect."
To add more when I ask for coke products and then say, "yeah a plain coke would be fine." Does not mean a diet coke would be perfect.
So am I gonna take the food back? No, cause at the end of the day it's not "bad" food, just isn't how I'd like it. Also if it wasn't an airport where we're all super busy I may have time to go back and complain. At the end of the day, it's McDonald's. But if you want to get an order right go...
