Horrible!!! Fire the manager and the drive thru employee that was working today 5/9/23 at 5pm.... i made an order and explained the burger order, and tried to clarify to the teller, she rudely cut me off woth an absolutely obnoxious attitude. Then we got our fold and it was wrong. I then explained to her that when she rudely cut me off i was trying to correct her, and she jist wasint having that....so then looked at me and said .."pull forward your backing up the line " again in the most obnoxious manner she cllses the window, amd i pull around and go in the restaurant in person. I immediately ask to speak to a manager. The front counter worker said to the manager sitting in the corner i wanted to sleak to her... she did not even get yp and acknowledge me... minutes later the same girl from the window brings me my burger and says here ylu go just the way you like it. (Again obnoxious) i then say i want to speak to a manager...the teller stands there and males hand gestures tell the manager, " good luck" after thay i was finished. I told them both what i thought lf them amd their attitudes. I was told never to come back. So you treat people like trash and then accept it and encourage it. Fire them both. I hope the owner reads this...your going to lose your franchise if you dont staff better people.sassy mouth young people and 400lb managers that won't get off her chair to correct an issue. Read moreIt seems like with the new staff added lately. The store has gone downhill fast. Yesterday was the worst of the worst experiences we've had there. Got into the drive-thru at 4:07. There were 3 cars ahead of us already, one being at the menu board, the other two in front of them. At 4:18, the line still hadn't moved. The 3 cars that had since pulled in behind us started getting out of line and leaving, as did the vehicle ahead of us. We finally ordered and it took us another 10 minutes to get to the windows to get our food. The woman at the windows could barely move herself to turn around to grab the bag and praised him the staff for being "rock stars" (how exactly I still am not sure..) We asked for a receipt but didn't get one. We asked for extra pickles but didn't get any. Our burgers were sloppy and covered in an excessive amount of ketchup, without any other toppings. There was no explanation or apology for the wait. If a FAST food restaurant is going to take as long and charge as much as a sit-down restaurant, the service and food should at least be decent. If the first order is taking too long, have them pull forward. And when all else fails, try apologizing for the wait or thanking the customer for their patience. Read morePayed with exact change based on what they said at the speaker but guy at window asked for $3 too much I said that was wrong based in the receipt and what they had said previously but he gave me back the wrong change regardless. I was in a rush and the drive through had already been 20 minutes which is weird because there were only 3 cars. I took the change and when I got the order it was half someone else's and half mine so I went back 15 minutes later to see if I could get my proper change back and the sandwich and drink I had actually ordered. They argued with me saying they had made the sandwich I ordered. I don't care if you made it, you can clearly see that the one I have that I am showing you is not that one. I wanted no mustard and other medications. They finally gave me a new sandwich and this new one not only had mustard it was dripping in it and had missing other stuff. How in the world. They also refused to give me back my correct change after me showing them the receipt and I never got my right food or compensation or a refund. Slow, rude, gross, annoying staff. ketchup spilled all over the door when I went inside to talk to them. Turned me off to all...
