Every visit I have here has gotten progressively worse and worse, until this most recent visit I had today, which...was the worst and final straw.
I spent almost 20 minutes in the drive through ordering/paying/waiting for food. The woman working the window had no name tags, and were very curt and fairly unhelpful during the entire process.
We ordered a roasted chicken salad (the only gluten free entree on the menu) and got a crispy chicken salad instead (which, due to the breading) is not gluten free.
We drove around, went inside to correct this, only to be the ONLY ones stating in line for a good 5 minutes with no one acknowledging us. It wasn't until I dropped the incorrect salad on the counter and stood right at it that we finally got a response.
The gentleman that did help seemed very confused by the concept of two different salads, and did try to get the correct roasted chicken. Once told there was no more roasted chicken salads, he failed to offer up any other solutions (such as a refund or a "Make it right" card). The swapped salad was probably a substation, but we were never told about it, and it's important that its the roasted chicken due to dietary restrictions.
I've already filed a complaint to corporate, and will personally never revisit this location due to the severe staffing issues I encounter time after time.

   Read moreEarlier today I visited the Arby's on 10th Ave S in Great Falls, MT. Probably the worst experience I've ever had. The young lady at the till was very good. She was polite, helpful and knew her products. After taking our order (7 meals) we went to fill our drinks. Three of the sodas were either empty or running out. When I stepped up to the counter to let them know this the supervisor/manager had pulled all the workers to fill the one order, leaving a minimum of 6-8 people standing in line with no one to take their orders. Not only that but the supervisor/manager looked my way several times and blatantly ignored me but I remained quietly at the counter so she turned my way and said they couldn't help me again till the order was filled. I said that there were other problem out there. She was visibly out of her element. When the young lady from the till brought me the order I told her about the soda machine, at that time the supervisor/manager whipped around and said "if it out, it's out".    Read moreThursday evening we walked up to the counter to order, the girl working the front & drive through kept glancing @ us but never made eye contact. The guy working in the back did the same. It was very strange, after several minutes of being oddly ignored my son walked outside to check their hours. It was 9:25 they close @ 10. The guy in the back asked the girl if she was ok & then said he'd take care of us. We were the only people there. He takes our order, we had 4 people ordering meals mine was a French dip combo. After we sat down the girl came out & said the manager said they would bag our order so they didn't use dishes ( one plastic tray) but we could eat in the lobby. We wait, then a 3rd guy comes out & says we close in like 5 minutes đBecause it took them forever to wait on us (the only people in there) & even longer to get our food, it is now 10. We take the bags & leave as they obviously wanted us too. When we get to the truck, I see that I have no au jus! Pretty sure that was on purpose. Very immature, unprofessional staff that night.
