Subway — Restaurant in Great Falls

It's so hard to rate a SUBWAY because their basically cookie cutters. The thing to rate is the employees and how often they can follow verbal instructions in front of you. Some like to be difficult/argumentative (they have their way to make a sandwich) some act a combination of lazy/stoned moving slow and lazily flopping some ingredients down. Some try and act super bussy and ask you sandwich questions WAY in advance then ask you again and again as they get to things because they forgot. BUT sometimes you get that person who doesn't care about outside things or work struggles and is just there for a paycheck doing a job. They listen and do what is asked and you get a PERFECT sandwich. Just never get a 6" made with bread that's been cut already.

Ingredients are ok,, bread is ok hardly any SUBWAY has soup (employees always have excuses) just depends on who is making the sandwich...

Had quite a few bad experiences with this location, but the one I had tonight was the worst. Ordered three sandwiches to be picked up curbside, and sent my sister to get them. She got there a couple minutes early, parked in a curbside delivery spot, and texted me. I pushed the button to let the staff know that she was there. About twenty minutes later, my sister texts asking if I was sure I had the right location selected, which I did. I gave them a call asking why she hadn't received our food yet, and they claimed to be busy, but were working on our order. They weren't busy at all, and when my sister finally went in to ask where our order was, it turned out that it had been ready that entire time, but they "didn't realize it was a curbside pickup order." Took over an hour in total to get our food because the staff couldn't read the word "curbside" on the receipt...

Ordered on line took 20 minutes to drive into town,sandwiches not even started stood at pick up 25 minutes before anyone said a word to me ,than got told that they lost the on line Order, but I just spent 25 minutes standing in front of your till and you can't say hi,hello or ill be right with you how stupid to treat people badly, the problem is this simple poor management you can't say hello or anything and you have one employee with kids in the back room playing and the employee who should be working is yelling at her kids in the back room and the 13 year old who can't figure out how to work the till shouldn't be working in a high pace job first job.for the person to out of control and no apologies for lost ticket or the hr and 20 minutes lost over a bad restaurant, poor attitude and and...
