Saturday night, we went to Arby’s where I ordered a Grand Turkey Club that I’d been wanting to try. The girl at the counter seemed confused on which sandwich that was. She checked with the kitchen to make sure which one I wanted, but somehow still marked down the wrong one in the system. I get home to find out I got the wrong sandwich, so I call and spoke with a gentlemen named Peter. He said to let them know I spoke with him and they will have it on the house next time. Jayden and I go in today since we were out and about. I start explaining, and out of nowhere Peter chimes in and says, “yes, that’s all me. I need a grand turkey off screen please!! “As we were waiting he says, “what would you like for dessert today on us??” I shook his hand and thanked him for his customer service and making it right as we left with the free sandwich and orange cream shake! He thanked me for allowing them to make it right. There’s times I just have to praise good customer service, and Arby’s at Centerplace has it, thanks to Peter! I also watched him jump on line Saturday to help his team take care of business in a rush. That’s true leadership and great management! I’ll definitely be back! Oh, and the sandwich...
Read moreWent there today for lunch today and planned on getting food for 3 people, unfortunately that didn’t go exactly as planned... I will say that the food was hot and fresh, but the order wasn’t right. My order is on the right (in the picture) and what I received was on the left. Now some will probably say “You received more than you paid for, I don’t see the problem..” But I only received the food items, not the drinks or shakes, that’s why I thought the order was right when I left. Then there’s the argument of “Why didn’t you check it before you left?”. I have a limited break so I was trying to get back as fast as possible for everyone and myself, didn’t realize the error until I got back to work and everyone came for their stuff. Unfortunately no one here likes the Arby’s Reuben, so if anyone wants a free one let me know!
Hopefully this isn’t a common occurrence there, dining in would probably be your best bet if you want everything correct. Food is good otherwise, didn’t get a full lunch but hey...
Read moreWhen we ordered we were told to move to the front of the building due to waiting for chicken tenders to get ready but when they brought the food they shoved the food to my husband and left. Once we had the food we checked the food to make sure it was all there and missed all the sandwiches except 1. So my husband went back in and told them and started arguing with him about them being there when they were not. Like come on my husband even took the bags in there and showed them what was all in it. Not one thing was taken out of the bags. If that's how they do business what's the point of being in that job if all u plan to do is argue with a customer. About what's missing in the bag.yes our order was big but at least take the time to look before taking the food to people.
