Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Greeley

I was on the fence about writing my review but I figured I should write it. I went to Chili's for my birthday the other night and I was totally disappointed in the service, food, and management. I sat at the bar ordered a margarita and was promptly ignored by the bartender. The wait staff brought out my food and still no drink. So as I was eating the bartender was talking to her buddy and taking orders. After 45 yes 45 mins!! I still didn't get my drink and she was still chatting it up with her friends. So I got fed up and asked the hostess to speak to the manager. I asked the manager if I could speak with her away from the bar because I don't like to complain because I know people will spit in my food. So I told her what was going on and how I felt like an worthless customer. She said oh that's weird she's one of our best bartenders. Yeah right!! Only if you're in the clique of Chili's. So the manager walks back with me and says to the bartender did he order a margarita? The bartender was like oh I'm so sorry I don't know how I forgot about that. I wanted to say if you weren't busy chatting and ignoring me. So after eating about half my food I finally got the drink. I know I should've said something to her earlier but like I said I was totally ignored and there was only 3 people at the bar!! Then my food was terrible the steak was undercooked I'm suprised the chicken was cooked. Also I noticed another customer walk up to the hostess and said the waitress isn't working she can pay for my dinner then stormed out. I should've known by that it wasn't going to be a good night. So save your money goto Applebee's where the staff is 100x's better and the food is...

On Father’s Day I wanted to take my stepfather and step grandfather out for a Father’s Day meal along with my grandmother and mother. Everything was good until our server a lady with green hair started to have such a horrible attitude problem and I was sick of watching my mother and family being polite to this individual who clearly lacks any sense of class and intelligence that I had to let the manager know that if she doesn’t like the job or it’s to stressful that she should find something else because clearly this is to much for her. The manager was very kind and understanding and even gave me a discount that I informed him I did not need as I am in no need of charity. I feel that this individual may have started to target us as I am a veteran and was wearing my hat with my service branch and VFW membership so if that lady has a issue please let me know and I will handle that problem as I am sick and tired of the people of this country and their horrible attitudes makes me sad for my brothers who served our nation for the American people as it’s the people who mistreat and disrespect us veterans, I served our country for my self not for you people and I was 3 times decorated and also a 30 under thirty honoree in 2024, so I can care less what you people think but I will make it known that I will not tolerate any disrespect from anyone and rest assured I will be back and if that same waiter has a problem I’ll gladly handle it myself if the manager doesn’t address her...

The kitchen manager, Adam, made everything right when DoorDash screwed me over. I ordered from “Its Just Wings” on DoorDash which comes from Chili’s and 20 minutes after I ordered the Dasher picked up my order and was very rude to the really nice to-go host. The Dasher then preceded to steal my food as I waited for an hour and a half for my food while her tracking bubble was still in the parking lot of Chili’s. I contacted DoorDash and they told me they could only give me a refund after they cancelled my order which I didn’t want to do because I obviously still wanted my food. So I finally called Chili’s and explained to them what had happened and they worked with me a little bit to figure out what they could do. I called DoorDash customer service and I ended up having to ask them if I should just make another order and then get another refund which I did not want to do because it was a hassle getting the first one. What I ended up doing was placing an order and going and picking it up myself and cancelling it before a dasher came to get the food so I knew it wouldn’t get stolen AGAIN. On top of all the help they made it better by offering us free drinks which they didn’t have to do. So 5 stars for Chili’s!...
