Crumbl — Restaurant in Greeley

I've ordered from here before and never had an issue until tonight. The quality is consistent and the cookies are worth the price. Tonight was a different story. We ordered cookies at 8:20pm, and after waiting past the delivery window of 9:38pm, we called and asked what was going on. Ashley answered the phone and gave us the story that the delivery driver came in and grabbed the wrong cookies and gave them to another customer. When asked how that's possible since the box had our name on it, her story changed to that the cookies are still sitting right in front of her, but unfortunately the driver has left for the night and therefore, no cookies would be delivered. It is unacceptable that they couldn't call us to let us know what was going on, as I would have been more than willing to make the drive and pick them up at that point. There was no apology or sympathy as they were reluctant to refund us. Mistakes happen, but when they can't own up to it and ask for forgiveness or do the right thing, business will be lost. This one bad apple has spoiled the bunch.

After the dust settled and time had passed, as well as hearing from the manager who asked us if he could make it right, I decided to give them one more shot. I placed my order at 6:13pm thinking it would be 55 minutes for a delivery and l was pleasantly surprised that it had arrived by 6:45pm. We’ve never had crumbl cookies before but we’re glad to have one! We came opening day and it was clean and the aesthetic was nice. The employees are friendly and they have a reward system. We tried all of the cookies from this week and our favorites were the s’mores and the iced sugar cookie. They are huge! One a piece comes in at $3.88 per cookie, a box of 4 is $11.98 (about $3.20 per cookie) and a box of 12 is 28.48 (about $2.50 per cookie) so overall the box of 12 is the way to go. We also came on free cookie day where they gave out free full size chocolate chip cookies, that were just as good opening day. The nicest part is they’re open until 12 am everyday besides Sundays because they’re closed this day of the week. They also offer delivery through doordash. After we got home our cookies were still warm, they are very sweet and need some milk to go with them. We also reheated the chocolate cookies around 6 hours later and they warmed up great! Overall my first impression is that another cookie place in town will have to up their customer service and stay open a little later in order to compete with crumbl, we’ll be back!

We went to Crumbl for the "Mom Box" in the beginning of May while our mother was in town visiting and when my sister picked up her cheesecake cookie she noticed a small piece of hair so she pulled on it and it was a very long brown hair. We took the box back to crumbl where I was told they would replace the product. Our mom lost her appetite and didnt want cookies from the same batch so the young girl whos name I should have made a point to remember said shed write it down in their "book" and we could go in to have it replaced at our convenience. Fast forward and our mom is back in town and remided me about the cookies so I went in to get them for her. I was told they do not have a book and that I needed a picture or the product. I told this young girl that I did bring the product back in and left them at crumbl. We did not keep the cookies they refused to agknowledge their mistake, their employees agreement in making it right, or the fact that we paid for a box of 6 cookies and recieved none. Im very displeased with this entire experience.
