Went here earlier this week and was told my order would be done by 5:40 PM. I had ordered in advance and showed up at 5:40 on the dot. I was told my order was in the oven and it'd be right out. That was a lie, as they took the orders of 3 individuals who had shown up after I arrived and served them before I was served on top of that. Then, two online orders went out and I had to ask again if my food was coming up. They told me 3 consecutive times my food was in the oven and would be out next. Every time was a lie. I ended up waiting until 6:20 PM to get my food. 40 minutes after they had told me to be there and nearly 2 hours after I had ordered online. I kept telling myself it wouldn't serve me to be rude to the DP Dough employees, but they absolutely lied to me and jerked me around for no reason. I was livid. I left very upset, and told myself it was just a fluke.
Last night I went again, as it was late after a party and my options were limited. I considered cheba hut, which would've easily been the better option in this case. My calzone wasn't on time. I had to remind them my order even existed. 15 minutes late I finally get the food I ordered. Was excited I got out of the place without having to wait in their lobby for 45 minutes. I got home only to find two long curly brown hairs in my calzone. Inedible. Not to mentioned their bread sticks were skinny and burnt, and their marinara dips were half filled likes there's a shortage in tomato sauce. I'm glad I didn't tip this time around.
TLDR: Had to wait over over 45 minutes past my pickup time for my food after I ordered online. The food I received had hairs in it. There is no uniform at this place. The employees look like they've been pulled off the street. Casual, filthy clothes with no hair ties, hair nets, or gloves in sight. The food will come out late stuffed with people's hairs and gunk. They don't care about the place they work or the food they make, so...
Read moreI have ordered from the one in Fort Collins many times and have never had any problems with them. This location, the Greeley one, is not near as good as the Foco location. I routinely get things incorrect from them and mostly just live with it. But today, I ordered delivery from them through Doordash. I received completely the wrong order- wrong address, wrong name, etc. I called the driver, and she said it is what the store gave her and she had no other orders from DP that day. I called the store, and the person on the phone just said, "I don't know what to do, sorry." So I contacted doordash and got a refund, no biggie. So I replaced the order directly through dp dough's website. They had a coupon which I applied, note there were no additional instructions about the coupon, and it allowed a place to type in special instructions for your order. I ordered a change on each of the two calzones I ordered. When they arrived an hour later, one was correct, one was wrong. Specifically I had just asked for them to leave off ricotta cheese. I called and spoke to someone about it, and he offered to refund me the cost of the one calzone, I agreed. He then put me on hold, and a few minutes later the manager got on the phone. He proceeded to lecture me about how you weren't supposed to make changes to the calzones because it was "such an aggressive coupon" even though it does not say anything about this on the website, in fact it lets you put in special instructions, and they were able to make the other zone I ordered correctly. So finally, I cut him off, and said, so what can be done? Can I just get a refund for the one calzone? He offered me in store credit, which I just accepted, because I was ready to be done with the entire ordeal. I was mostly unbothered about all the mistakes made by this store up until he started to lecture me. So I will not be ordering from the Greeley store again after I use...
Read moreThis place is horrifying. I went there for the first time 2days ago after seeing a good review.(didn't look in the reviews but now I have.) The time definitely wasn't right so that is true. I am patient but not even 2 mins of standing in there waiting I see the guy take the spatula and scrap it against the bottom of the table a couple of times and then he does it once on top but on the side of the table and right below that is the trash can. And I thought dang he's putting alot of work into that before washing it(not knowing the layout of the place). And immediately a girl comes by throws a calzone in a box and BAM he chops it in half with the spatula he'd been scapping all over the table. Absolutely disgusting. And after that watching how things were run here only got worse. Not only does everyone have long wild hair but there's no dress code at all to work here one of the girls was running around in short shorts youd wear around the house and flip flops in the dang kitchen. They were nice but nothing is clean about this place. And they use that same spatula to cut every single calzone. Hope no one runs into an allergic reaction with this place but if so...
