Today was a hard day here! We are frequent guests at Fuzzy’s (so much so that I have a free party tray with their point system) the interaction started off so pleasant, the FOH bartender who had dark curly hair and soft tattoos on her neck (I loved her hair and complimented it. I’m only including this because she was AWESOME and I didn’t catch her name) she took our order and made our 2 walk of shameson’s, we took our two kids outside to the patio and proceeded to wait, like we usually do, but… the buzzer never went off! After 25min my husband went in to check on our food and it wasn’t ready… normally it’s ready before we finish our drinks, not today. So after another 5min we went back and the food was ready, unfortunately my son’s food was wrong. It was supposed to be a kids beef quesadilla and came out a random burrito wrapped in tin foil? My youngest was missing his ranch for his chicken tenders so I followed my husband inside to fix both of my kids meals. When we spoke with the same gal bartender about how my son’s order was wrong the kitchen staff proceeded to argue with her. Even though she showed them the ticket that proved she rang it in right. THIS WAS THE WORST PART OF OUR EXPERIENCE, we stood their with her trying to get the correct order and THE KITCHEN STAFF DISRESPECTED HER and belittled her in front of my husband and I. We went back to the patio with the ranch and waited for my oldest sons food. The manager came out with a plain cheese quesadilla, that was it, tortilla and cheese on a plate, no queso or beef inside, or Oreo churros for the kids meal. We let him know what our actual order was and how it was the second mess up of our meal. He was kind, quick and even let us keep what had already hit the table. He came back (third time is a charm) with the correct order for my son.My bean and cheese burrito was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted on the inside or outside. Very disappointed because the steak salad I ordered at 12:09 couldn’t have the vinaigrette dressing because the cooks didn’t have it made yet? We rushed through lunch, I didn’t even eat my burrito and trashed it because I felt bad for the manager. We probably won’t be back for a very long time, the most disappointing part of the experience was hearing how disrespectful the BOH staff was to the bartender who originally took our order.SHE WAS LOVELY AND CARED ABOUT US, Conversations need to be had. As a woman in the industry for 20 years, I’ve never seen such a disconnect between authority (manager) and the back and front of house. Those cooks were completely...
Read moreUnfortunately I had a terrible experience at this location. Arriving at 5:30 pm for a co-workers birthday celebration I ordered drinks for myself and others. I enjoyed 6 drinks over the next 4 hours. Around 9:30 pm I went up to the bar to order one more drink for myself and a drink for another member of our party, which at this point another bartender informed me I was to be cutoff. The reason I was told was that I was ordering more than two drinks, which I had not. I asked for one drink for myself and another for someone in our group. At which point they also claimed I was stumbling around the bar, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager was polite yet could not provide any example of my alleged stumbling. Nor could he provide any evidence of me trying to purchase more than the legally acceptable 2 drinks per customer. Being that 9:30 pm is half an hour before close I felt that the bartender was simply trying to thin out the crowd as people were still arriving to the location as I was leaving. At no point did this bartender, Marissa, inform me I had been drinking excessively, offer water, or inquire if I had a safe ride home. Purely her only concern until the point of being tipped and dealing with the next customer. Around 8pm a much rowdier crowd was arriving whom were obviously drinking elsewhere were welcomed to this establishment without regards to their intoxication, as they had spent no money there yet. While speaking with the manager he did inform me that the ultimate decision was the bartenders and this I understood as I worked in this industry for around 20 years of my life. Yet the proper protocol was nas not exercised. In addition one other factor did not escape my attention. The rowdy crowd arriving was of Hispanic decent and was not refused service due to their intoxication, but the white man (42 year old, never been cut off in his life until now) and his black coworker had effectively been cut off basically because they had spent money and tipped well, so now there was money to be made elsewhere. In conclusion this is a completely unacceptable experience with no evidence of over serving or unacceptable behavior. First and last time at this place of business and I do not...
Read moreI never ever leave bad restaurant reviews. I worked all day and was craving tacos, beans, rice etc. Ordered carryout just now at Fuzzys Centerplace Greeley. Service was good. Ordered combo plate with beef taco, chicken enchilada, cilantro rice and refried beans. Side of chips and guac. Waited reasonable amount of time, went to car & opened bag. There were NO CHIPS. There was guac in separate paper bag BUT NO CHIPS. The beans were maybe 3 spoonfuls and rice was slapped in the container all over the place literally like an intoxicated person made this meal. I reached in and tasted rice, it was HARD and awful. (What little there was). The enchilada was slop and hardly any sauce. Taco was just layed in bag (not in container) with foil and was half open and a mess. I am very easy going and this was THE WORST meal I have ever been served by any restaurant in my life EVER. I went to the dumpster on east edge of lot and threw it all out. $24.00 down the drain plus cost of all new food I will go to get somewhere else. I wont even walk back in that restaurant to ask for a refund. I am disgusted that ANY employees would serve this “combo” like this, like literally thrown together. Shameful, disgusting and I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again. I have eaten all over the world and have never received such a trash meal. So disappointed. I hope the owner/mgmt. sees this review and addresses this. I dont even care about the money. NOONE should be hungry and be served anything even near to this. Unacceptable as this is supposed to be a decent eating establishment. Pick another place is my recommendation if this is the kind of employees they hire. If you do eat here, don’t settle like I did and walk away. Expect what they advertise. I am just so disgusted, never stepping foot in...
