A&W Restaurant — Restaurant in Green Bay

Where to start? My daughter forgot her phone there and we called several times asking about it Was told 3 different stories by 3 different managers. Called the next day and told them we had GPS on the phone and it didn't leave the restaurant until 10:24 p.m. and gave an address where the phone went from there. Asked if it was an employee and if they could get phone back. Had to call police and finally the night manager admitted to taking the phone. Got the phone back and there was messages from all the managers to each other how we had called several times and we had an address warning the guy about the police coming. Called district manager and still waiting for him to return a call about the incident. So in my opinion they are liar's and thieves. Would not have them working in my restaurant. Will not go there again. Update: District manager finally called me back. Did apologize for the entire incident. Said the manager that took the phone was terminated. But nothing happened to the other managers.My opinion is they should have offered to pay at least half of the replacement phone. Not even a couple of gift certificates for all the hassle we had to go through. Did appreciate the call back and the apology but will not go to this...

Horrible experience!!! I ordered 2 burgers, 1 order of onion rings, and a root beer freeze with ketchup and “papa sauce” on the side for my onion rings. My total for this was almost 30$!!! It came to 27$ and some change!! I was astonished at how expensive it was. Even with the way the economy is going right now that’s just crazy for fast food! So when I got my receipt I looked at it right away and I noticed they charged me .25 cents for ketchup!!! .25 cents FOR A KETCHUP PACKET…..REALLY!?!?!?!!😡🤦‍♀️ I know that has no impact on my total really but that pissed me off that they already over charge you and now there so greedy they are charging for ketchup packets!!! Now to put the icing on the cake.. When I got the food my friend looked in the bag to make sure everything was there and they forgot to put the ketchup packets and papa sauce in the bag!!! I was ferious! 🤬You charge me for a packet of ketchup and then forget to put that in the bag how pathetic!! 😤Plus all the food was cold and thrown together. I want to clear up on these reviews at this store. That John guy is one of the best people at that store. The sad part is he works non stop without days off and it's sad that all you people see if how crappie the food is or the service. You all need to wake the hell up and work for a company who doesn't want to pay their staff members the greatest or pay their GM's good pay. Have you ever been on the other side and worked fast food before people? I know I have and I feel for their staff. I stopped coming here because of the homeless issues and the bad staff that they had but once their new GM took over. He opened my eyes at how one person can make a difference at this store. Also have you all ever talk a time to look at his face because I have I can see how tired he is and depressed he is. I've seen him break down and come right back up again and cheer on his staff after having bad service from us customers. So I want to really thank you all at this store for what you do. One more thing John don't stop what you are doing at this store you are one of the best managers I've seen at this store. I hope corporate...
