Have been here 3 times now. It was not busy each time. 1 table in dining and 1 in drive thru. They messed up our order every single time. Missing SEVERAL food items(usually half the order) AND given the wrong items every time. The correct name is on the bag with the receipt with the order itemized. The people are nice but not playing attention and messing up orders. This has us frustrated and disappointed. Retraining needs to happen at this location. I used to work at Arby's a few years ago as a trainer, so I know how the process goes. I get clock times are important but that's not as important as getting the order correct. I don't know if they are clicking the order away before it's done and trying to remember everything, or if they just aren't reading it fully, but it's effecting customers badly and often. I am not the only one this keeps happening too.

Not only was it a busy Saturday lunch rush, but it was apparent he was training. He was left on his own as his coworker quickly cleaned up the lobby. With a line at least 7-8 orders deep at the time, he handled each one with attention to detail. He was friendly. He smiled. But most of all, he was PATIENT as most customers had a coupon!
