Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Green Bay

Thank God for Dominos! We have never had luck getting good service AND good pizza in one visit. It's usually one or the other, never both at once. So we stopped ordering from Jet's on Shawano Ave in GB months ago. Was not worth the unpredictability.

Well they recently sent out free large pizza coupon so we decided to give it one more try. I mean, FREE pizza, right? The person taking the order asked for a Google review, so here it is! As expected, it was busy in there but I was the only one at the counter I still had to wait over six minutes to get an order in (everyone else had ordered). Really that was not a big bother though, I mean it is a Saturday night in a busy place. Was told the wait time on food was about 25 minutes. Checked on order about 30 minutes and it was apparently complete. Well that is good! But not really. Get back home and there was no pizza. Just two bread stick orders. I had ordered the deep dish bread on top of the large one topping Detroit pizza and but was not even sure which bread stick order was right. I think one was regular, one was the one I ordered. So had to drive back and return the wrong order and ask for a refund. They said they would just void the order... will see if that happens. In fairness they did offer to give the order for free, but I was not interested because before heading back we put an order in for Dominos. If we have to wait for a pizza again we want it done right. Dominos order was made much faster, correctly and with a staff that acknowledged me right away and took the order promptly.

So I guess that settles it, officially done with Jet's -...

I can't believe how truly terrible the service is at this place. I ordered the pizza, an hour and a half later I called because it was a half hour past the delivery time. They said wait another half hour. I called again a half hour later. They said they couldn't find my address. We confirmed it was correct. They said I should come and get my pizza because they didn't know what else to do. I asked for my money back. They said they didn't know how to refund me and there was no manager working. I finally agreed to go get it. I normally like Jet's. They have delivered to me several times before. My address has not changed and I ordered online. When I arrived there was a person ahead of me in line with a similar problem. I was given a lukewarm pizza and when I spoke to the manager the next day, he just said "Yeah, we are going to be firing the whole crew." Truly, truly a...

Didn't see them wearing gloves and I went there for a pick up for a client and waited an extra 15 minutes for my order. I asked them if the ranch and cookie was in the box and a short heavy set gal with some attitude came over to me when i asked and literally told me to open the orders up and look for myself.

Heres the problem - No need for a disrespectful attitude, Thats completely immature and unprofessional

Tampering with another persons order is a SAFETY HAZARD and is in violation of food safety regulations.

No idea what her deal was but you guys need to retrain your staff because i wanted to vomit when i heard the gal say “open up their order and look for yourself”
