I stumbled into Jill's by chance and my life has never been the same since. It's a bar that knows exactly what it bring to the party and is not trying to hide anything. You don't have to wear a tuxedo or anything, but you don't have to worry about somebody trying to bite you either. It's somewhere in the middle. The popcorn is nothing short of perfection. It tastes like it was made by magic from Gandalf himself! When I was there, they had a super cool box of wierd masks and hats behind the bar. They will let you wear them if you ask nicely. Clearly, Jill's Bar is aware how much everybody loves hats and masks. Most bars don't seem to get that. I cannot recommend this fantastic place enough. When you go, tell them that Hope sent you.
