Wendy's — Restaurant in Green Township

I was disappointed by this Wendy's after having a great experience in Cheviot the week before. I stopped here while running errands one day and ordered the same thing I got at the Cheviot Wendy's: a large fry and flavored lemonade. The drive thru took a solid seven minutes. I pulled out my Kindle to read since I'd already ordered so I couldn't go in. When I finally got to the window, the customer service rep was pretty terrible. She didn't greet me (I actually greeted her). Every time I thanked her (for the return of my credit card, the drink, and then the food) she said nothing. She glared back at another employee and told them she needed my food first, so at least she prevented an order error. She did say "have a good day" like an afterthought just before I finally pulled away.

The fries were lukewarm, barely filled to the brim, and there was so little flavoring in the lemonade I couldn't tell it was supposed to be "peach." So after seven minutes of waiting and feeling as if my business was seen as an inconvenience by the rep, the food wasn't even good. Whenever I'm in the mood for Wendy's I'll visit other locations first if at all possible. I've had better experiences at this location in the distant past, so I'm hoping they were just having a bad day and that this doesn't...

Love the food from Wendy's, but the manager (older red haired lady) was just rude and condescending to both her employees and customers. The young man working the front counter appeared to be new, but he was trying his best. Instead of actually helping him, she just ridiculed him in a condescending way and actually made things worse. It was already bad enough the line was 8 people long on the inside, and it was taking forever to even be able to place the order, but she was only slowing him down. Then when a customer asked a question about an online order they placed she started going off on the people in line stating that they go in order on the screen blah blah blah, in such a rude condescending manner that the older couple in line just left, and others made comments about how rude she was. The poor kid at the counter looked like he just wanted to quit. No wonder this location has gone down hill over the last year and can't...

So it was my first time at this location the and I live in Dayton. So most of the Wendy's in my area are either rude or very sloppy on there orders. But here I gotta say I risked it and it was worth it. the staff was extremely friendly excited about there work they got my order correct everything fresh and before I got to the second window. I ordered a triple Baconator large fry with a sprite. And before i was finished with my order to pay out. the food was already ready and in the bag ready for me to eat. Now That's impressive and Fast 😃😁 the food was hot the burger juicy and the fries were on point being fresh as they were and I gotta say the fries are what make the meal perfect. And for Me at any restaurant if u mess up the fries it ruins the meal. But u did fantastic. So u get a perfect 5 stars from me 😁😊 keep up the good work...
