McDonald's — Restaurant in Green

Update: HEY McD's - if your dining room is LOCKED and closed, and a person might want to buy a Diet Coke and use the bathroom, could you have the courtesy to put up a sign before that person sits at the traffic light, waits for the drivethru traffic to get out of the way, parks, then walks up to a locked door? Yeah. k-no-thanks-bye. Jerks. 3 years ago: Ordered a Big Mac meal at the drive-through on Saturday. I was handed what was supposed to be a Diet Coke, but as I put my straw through the hole while waiting for the bag of food, I noticed that the drink was not dark brown, it looked more like ginger ale. So when the window opened to hand me my food, I handed the drink back saying "I think this is ginger ale, not Diet Coke." The employee (quite unbelievably) said "No, that's Diet Coke They've looked like that all day." YES, you read that correctly. He'd been handing out undrinkable Diet Cokes his whole shift, thinking they just looked funny. THE SYRUP WAS OUT leaving only discolored carbonated water. I wonder how many people getting on the highway from there took a sip of their drink and spit it right out. There's no easy way to get back to that McD's if you get on the highway. In my case, I chose the only other non-sugar beverage they had, unsweet tea. I still lost, because I got the bitter dregs from the bottom of the barrel. It was undrinkable. Sad and thirsty, I at least...

Removing free soda refills, no public soda machine so they can make sure that nobody gets refills, they removed the 30% because people were actually really benefiting from it and they changed all deals to be only on items they won't lose money on.

The garbage new $5 deal is dumb, small fry, small bugs, small drink, double burger, people are not fooled because you add to the count of items in a meal. That's called shrinkflation when you make something seem like a deal but shrink everything down to the smallest size available - we know what's going on.

The burgers are tasting worse and worse every day I don't know what is going on but it's like the bread is always stale and hard, the meat is dry, the ingredients quality is going down at an alarming rate especially for any deal items. It's definitely seeming like they are actually making more money off the 5 dollar meal because it sounds like a deal but they made everything tiny with no drink refills and the taste is aweful now. I can get a bigger burger and fries and refillable drink for less at Burger King and it...

Waited 20 minutes in line for an unsweet tea and a milkshake. Got to the second window and the girl says irritated " were out of unsweet tea, want something else?" I asked" did you check the dining room?" She started she had, which I never seen her leave the drink station. Mean time she's complaining to a coworker as she's making shake, cause I told her to credit back my card. She then proceeds to hand me 1$ for the tea refund. And I explained that I meant she could cancel the whole order. Finally the manager completed refunding the difference, with a less than believable, insincere apology. All in all it was over a half an hour out of my life I'll never get back. How does McDonalds run out of tea at 7pm? Poor management if you ask me. Will add this one to the list, along with East Market St in Ellet, to never visit again, and hope everyone else...
