TL;DR Do yourself a favor if you're craving Wendy's and go to literally any other location. I always forget how terrible it is here but I will be avoiding this specific location at all costs.
Took my little brother and husband here 10/18/24. I thought the location might be closed when I pulled in because it was like a ghost town but sadly they were open. I'd placed a mobile dine in order and checked in when we got there so sat down. Waited awhile and decided to make sure they knew I was the mobile order (there were no other customers).
Drinks: An employee told me they were out of Dr Pepper which I said was no problem, we'd just get something else from the Coke Freestyle machine. Except they were also out of cream soda, Sprite, Fanta, their zero sugar counterparts, and some of the flavors as well, so about half of the drinks were unavailable. The tea station was also already shut down and it was about 5:15 so right as the dinner rush should be ramping up. Then when they brought out my brother's milk and my strawberry lemonade I noticed my lemonade was very small (I'd ordered a medium) so they brought me a larger one. I realized later that even this was still not a medium lemonade, I think they were mixing up sizes of drinks vs Frostys because they come in the same cups.
Food: We'd ordered 3 Krabby Patties and 2 fries. One of the Krabby Patties, mine, was supposed to have Asiago instead of American, and add bacon. I should've known better than to try customizing here but I just really can't eat American cheese. When they finally brought out the food, the fries were already hard and barely warm (they must've bagged them before the sandwiches, rookie mistake) and all 3 burgers were wrong: mine did have bacon but still American, both of theirs had ketchup (which does not come on the Krabby Patty), and one of them just had mayo instead of the special sauce. I hate asking people to remake food but literally all of them were wrong, so I told an employee what happened and they brought out 3 new ones. My husband's and brother's were right this time but mine still didn't have the right cheese so my husband took it back this time for me. At least 3 employees clustered around the burger arguing with each other and my husband over this sandwich, one of them insisting that it was right because she made it herself. Turns out it was the ghost pepper cheese, so not American but still not what I asked for. She was very rude to my husband about it but finally remade it with the correct cheese...but it was missing the bacon. I pulled my original wrong sandwich from the bag and transplanted the bacon myself. The burger was not very warm or good but after all that I just wanted to eat. They did explain that the guy on sandwiches was new, but then why was a trainer not watching him? It's not like they were shorthanded; I saw a maximum of 3 cars in the drive-thru at once and no other dine-in customers. The employees were mostly standing around chatting with each other instead of working so it seems like someone with a little more training could've (and should've) been assisting the new guy.
Service: I don't like to pick on service because so much hospitality is fake; I don't need you to act like serving me a burger is the greatest joy you can imagine. But the staff at this Wendy's largely treats you like you're a bother for even existing. The only other person that came in besides us walked in and started screeching that no one was answering the phone. Turned out it wasn't a disgruntled customer but a MANAGER. On one hand, the principle of holding your employees accountable is good, but openly yelling at them, in front of customers no less, is not a good look.
Atmosphere: Depressing and icky. It was decorated for Halloween kinda cute but it didn't feel very clean. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost nonexistent so I doubt anyone's hands are clean there. The floor had seemingly been mopped but there was only one Caution Wet Floor cone up and it was pretty far away from the...
Read moreTonight was hands down the worst fast food experience of my life. First of all, we sat in line to order long enough that 2 cars behind me left the line and went other places. The employee taking the order either interupted the order or couldn't remember what was said and continuously had to ask to repeat what was just said. We're roughly 15 minutes in at this point for fast food. After a few minutes at the 2nd window we were asked to pull into a parking spot and wait. 2 other vehicles did the same behind us, yet received their food before us. After 15 minutes of waiting, I finally gave up and went inside for a refund. Inside, a customer was so upset she appeared to want to get physical with employees because her order wasnt correct (she was not being polite) but 2 employees behind the counter were openly mocking and laughing at this woman. I couldnt believe it. The (closer?) Manager finally made it to the front to ease the situation, and then disappears. No one is now behind the counter at this point, and there is roughly 8-10 people waiting for service. Finally she returns and talks to me, appologizes when I ask for a full refund, but doesnt take care of this immediately and leaves again. As im finally getting my money back, she is yelling at her employees over her mic in front of the entire lobby. I have never seen employees berated infront of customers like that, especially while half a dozen of them had been waiting for food longer than I had been inside.

Read moreI place an online order. Roll up to the talk box. Pull to the second window. The lady says “I’m just waiting on potatoes (I got 3 potatoes) can you pull into that spot over there?” I say yeah ok. Someone comes out about 5 minutes later and says “it’s going to be about a 13 minute wait for potatoes. Is that ok?” I said sure I’ll just hang out. A HALF HOUR LATER and still no one has come out. So I march in there. I tell them that I’ve been out there waiting for a half hour. So they go and ask the lady where the potatoes are. Before they get to her, she proceeds to scream at someone over the drive thru speaker. Then again after they responded. She said “if you’re going to act like that you can just go home”. So they get to her and she says “I need 2 minutes bro” and goes to the back. They follow her and ask about the potatoes. She screams “I told her there was a wait!” And the other girl said “you told her 13 minutes…” so they somehow find my potatoes, hand me the bags and say “sorry” and walk away. I get to the car and they didn’t give me my pop or the frosty I ordered. So I marched back in there and ask them for them. They acted like I was the biggest inconvenience ever. I was there a total of 45 minutes to an hour. My lunch break is only a half hour long. When I ate the fries after they handed them to me, they were ice cold. And my order wasn’t even correct....
