Pal's Sudden Service — Restaurant in Greeneville

This place is actually pathetic compared to every other Pal’s in existence. I consistently have to leave the drive through line because this store is way too slow. Even in the mornings when only one car is in front of me, I will wait for a while.

I have been to every other Pal’s in existence from Gate City to Erwin and Greeneville takes the cake for the SLOWEST of them all. I live in Greeneville now and it’s sad to think that I basically am never able to get Pal’s here. You can tell the place is POORLY managed.

Another way you can tell the place is poorly managed is simply by the way employees treat you. The older ones are great! The younger ones—not so much. I say this as a 25 year old man. It’s funny to me how college students at ETSU who work at Pal’s don’t have an attitude, nor any other Pal’s I’ve been to, but Greeneville has a serious attitude problem.

Still, I would gladly take the attitude if that meant I can get my food in a timely matter. However, that has never happened to me here and it never will. I have officially reached the point that I will never go back to...

If you're thinking of a good place to eat, Pals is the best place to eat. From The Amazing Quick Service to the delicious food, and the unbeatable prices. There is absolutely no better place to go. I went on Father's Day after losing my dad this year and it was one of the hardest times of my life and i stopped to get some food before seeing my dad and they went out of their way to triple my bags so my food wouldn't get cold by time i got home. Then talked with me for a minute to make me feel better, not even knowing me at all. Its the extra care they not only make sure your order is perfect, but they also take the extra second out of their SUPER BUSY work day to make you feel like cared for. That you wont find anywhere else that will care about not only your order but also about you. Its good to see we haven't lost all the humanity and kindness in the world.
