I get food here all the time! And it actually taste pretty good, if the vegetables are too soft, I just asked for them to undercook them a little bit more next time. Come I never see them actually take anything out of the can or whatever so I think it’s just raw vegetables to use. Before they start grilling. And I talk to the cashier, that one blonde girl. Apparently it’s been a couple rough months for her, I think her mom died or something and I think she has like a major monotone situation. But she seemed very friendly, maybe a bit annoyed that she has to stay so late half the time and she’s overworked. But she’s good conversation for when we’re waiting. Ask for any other rude service, it is a little bit annoying to have to watch them clean up, but I’m pretty sure they close at nine, and that one cashier gets off at like 8:30. But the other people there after the girl leaves are really nice and they let us stay past close time if we’re not done. Read moreWas going to leave 5 stars because my takeout order was fast, easy, and the food smelled good but I took a plate to my boyfriend at work and he said the steak tasted bad and he immediately threw up after eating. So I didn’t eat mine, I took it back and very politely explained what happened and asked for a refund. First they argued that I didn’t bring both meals back so they were only going to refund one, they acted offended that I said the meat was bad and made my boyfriend sick, and then when I told them I ordered it online they said I need to cancel the order online and turned their backs on me til I walked out. I was able to get a refund by calling the online service I ordered through but that experience made sure we won’t order there again. I wasn’t even that upset the food was bad, I just wanted my $18 back and maybe we’d just order something else next time because the rice and mushrooms were good. Read moreSeveral of my co-workers and myself order lunch into our office every Friday. As per the usual, we placed our order today and was told it was going to be an hour long wait. After an hour and fifteen minutes had gone by, we call the restaurant to check the status of our food. They decided to hold our order an extra 45 minutes because a secondary order came in from our office building. Didn’t bother to call and inform us or anything. I understand the desire to be efficient and only make 1 trip to the same building but that’s a little ridiculous especially when their phone operator shows absolutely no empathy and acts as if we are doing a disservice by calling to check on our order.
