My name is Penny Caple and I arrived at the Battleground Plaza Chic-Fil-A at 9:00 on Thursday night . My best friend’s daughter had just died of Breast Cancer . Being so very young the family was devastated and had not eaten for the last 2 days . After being there for 3 hours and losing track of time . I had finally talked them into trying to eat . I had no idea that you all closed at 9:00 . I drove extremely fast to get there but I finally arrived at 9:00 . Gosh . They were closing up and cleaning up . I knew they would not take my order because it was soooo late . I ask to speak to the manager to explain my situation . I was ordering a lot of food for everyone at the house . This friendly lady walked up and was the manager - I explained to her my situation and she was so understanding and kind . I could not believe that she was going to help me out since her store was closing .She and her great workers put together all the food . She doubled checked the order to make sure we had everything . She even gave me an extra jar of unsweetened tea and helped me tote everything to the car. I am a teacher of 36 years . I had just experienced the best customer service I had ever experienced from ANY RESTURANT . In a world of such negativity…… I had just witnessed a lady that truly cared about the tough situation that I was in . She made my tears go away and I was able to help a family in such sad times . Thank you - thank you - you will never know how much her kindness meant to me and this family . I looked at my receipt and the name - Keith Kiser was the operator of this store . I hope you read this review and realize how wonderful and extraordinary manager you have at...
Read moreLet me start off by saying I love Chick-Fil-A, have always thought they were overpriced but good. With that being said.. this location at Brassfield has issues. I eat lunch 3 times a week somewhere on Battleground Ave after I get out of dialysis. This place has again let me down. The last 4 times that I have eaten hereand gotten coffee I have had to ask for a new cup due to it being just warm. I always get the 12 piecechicken nugget meal. The food is hardly ever very hot and I eat in the adjoining parking lot.. so not like I drive a ways then eat. Is right at the resuraunt. Well today I did the curbside pickup drove to the parking lot took a sp of coffee and off course luke warm coffee. I took my food out to start eating and again the food wasn't hot. I had also asked for salt and pepper...I got ONE little pack of pepper and no salt. There is enough pepper in those packets to cover you fingernail. If a person ask for pepper it means they like pepper just because the person packing the bag doesn't you don't pt just one or two in. I get half way into the fries and had 2 waffle gruyere that were not cooked. This location lacking big time. When I get out of dialysis I want a hot meal with hot coffee. For almost$10 for some little pieces of chicken, small fries and small coffee it damn sure should be hot. You should have to sip the coffee not be able to gulp it. So today is my last day give this place my money. Not that it matters, I'm just one small fry...
Read moreThis chick fila gives great service. Their drive through line was really long. They usually do a great job shortening the wait by taking order’s exceptionally fast. Today was no different. As we sat in our vehicle patiently waiting to have our order taken a wild Karen appeared in a white Toyota Corolla. She skipped us and everyone else who had been waiting. Normally I would have no problem letting somebody in the line if they ask or make eye contact awaiting for me to give them the go ahead however this women did neither. She reeked of privilege as soon as she pulled up beside us.she refused to make any eye contact and I rolled down the window and thought about causing a scene but didn’t want to be that person. Instead we waved over a Chick-fil-A employee and let her know the car in front of us skipped. Instantly the employee apologized and mentioned this women is always rude and extra and basically a pain to deal with. She mentioned she would say something. They began to take everyone orders except hers as she waited in line. You could see the steam coming from her car as she realized everyone but her was being spoken to. To our surprise a manager came out and informed her that they would not be taking her order because she did skip. Seeing her have to get out of line and drive away was completely worth it and better than the milkshake and the milkshake...
