This review reflects an experience I had several months ago. I stopped by Estate Jewelry & Loan with a goal in mind. I was immediately impressed with the professional display of beautiful jewelry and fine specialty pieces.

Brian and team greeted me and listened closely to what I wanted. My goal was to have my grandmother's diamond mounted in a more modern gold setting that would make the most of her small, but stunning diamond.

Brian and I looked through the jewelry in the cases and discussed several options. His recommendations were in keeping with my objectives and needs and were politely and professionally expressed.

We agreed that the best setting to repurpose my grandmother's diamond would be a gold ring with her diamond in the center, surrounded by 10 smaller diamonds. Brian was mindful of my budget and didn't even try to upsell me into buying a more expensive ring. He applied credit for the gold from her ring to the new purchase. I left feeling very good about the choice and buying experience overall.

I was thrilled to receive a text from Brian the very next day showing my newly mounted ring beautifully polished and ready to be picked up. It was absolutely stunning. I wear it daily as a tribute to my beloved grandmother.
