Most recently, they made a custom piece for me that I am totally in love with. My grandmother had given me her vintage wedding rings, which I desperately wanted to wear, but my husband wanted me wearing the rings he gave me 23 years ago. We came to a compromise and I went to Custom Jewelers and had my diamonds set into my grandmother's rings. Read moreI’m writing this review because I came into his shop today trying to sell my gold & he would not buy it he wouldn’t even test it. He scratched it on the stone but wouldn’t put the acid on it for the results. I’m a Gemologist & Mineralogist so you can see how that is a slap in the face to me. I am black he is white but I was hoping that wouldn’t affect anything but it did. I said that is gold right there he said well we wouldn’t buy that you might need to go down the street or something because we wouldn’t buy that. I hadn't even bought it here, but she still took it back to the jeweler several times to get it repaired, showed me how to use it, and refused to take any payment.
