I come here often to work remotely because it is outside, nearby and caffeine is readily available. There’s a white guy that gives Frodo-vibes who works here that allows people to put their dogs on the counter the drinks are served on. (There are TWO on the counter. The white puppers is behind the one pictured) How is this allowed?? Unsanitary at worst and inconsiderate at best. He didn’t even wipe down the area once the people with the dogs left. I didn’t feel comfortable ordering until his shift was over because if he allows/enables this to happen, I couldn’t trust his cleanliness in preparing my beverage. Sucks because outside of this disgusting instance and the worker that allowed it to happen, service is great. Drinks are customizable. It’s nice to be outside when the weather is decent. 12/28/23/ 6:03 whoever was working at this time was so rude, I walked up confused since there was no greeting or instructions about how to order even though the server saw us walking up and didn’t have a thing to say, ignoring us and not acknowledging the new customers coming up, I’ve never been here so I had no idea how to order.
