Arrived tonight for a late dinner. As it's taco bell I don't expect much - and even with such a low bar I was floored at the poor excuse for service. The interaction started with being told to hold on 4x before I could even order. I ordered a Deluxe cravings box with a Dt Pepsi and a #6 - Beef with a soft taco and Dr Pepper. The girl taking my order couldn't figure out how to ring it up and we spent a good few moments waiting for her to get it in the system. (repeated 3-5x for each item). When we got to the window, a very confused guy informed us that he and a coworker had changed stations and then gave me the total. When I gave him payment he took it but never gave a receipt. Then came back a moment later to inform us that there was no Pepsi or Dr Pepper. When we asked about siera mist or Rootbeer, he failed to listen 5x. Then threw his head over his shoulder looking at the machine and and said "yah No" eventually he offered Mt Dew or Baja Blast. While he was filling these drinks we heard him take another order which requested 2 "sprites" and he said "Yah, no problem"..... after telling us and we could clearly see that was not an option. When we finally got a bag of food we found there were no tacos or burritos. No sauces including the avocado Verde and my chalupas were chicken not beef as ordered. We went up to the door to find it locked and 5 cars sitting in the parking lot also dealing with error orders with one manager running back and forth trying to fix things one customer at a time. What we received in our "fixed" order was 2 crunchy tacos and a soft taco - all missing the vegetables. No sauce, or burrito were ever given.
Finally the food - while expected to be barely edible were slimy, greasy and less than the low standard expected from this chain. Suffice to say I will not be back to this location and would appreciate a refund...
Read moreIf I could give Taco Bell on Summit Ave NO stars I would!! There was no manager on duty (She Left) and a crew member named Omarion was in charge.. He was very rude, not only how he spoke to the staff at the time (2 young, very nice girls) but to the customers as well!! His Attitude was very UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I had cash and needed to place an order on front counter, to which I was told that I needed to have exact change or a card to place my order because they didnt have any change-- no problem.. The young lady that took my order was very nice, polite, and patient.. She waited on me and some more people behind me.. When she went back to the back, Omarion said, what's the problem?? People dont know how to use the kiosk? It's not that hard and that she needed to tell customers to place their orders there.. she then asked about the food of the orders she took up front and he told her she'd have to do them because he was fixing food for drive thru.. Then they didn't have any beverages available!!! No Tea.. and the only carbonated drinks were Pepsi, Starry, and the Agua Refrescas.. I myself cannot drink carbonated sodas due to health reasons so I opted for a strawberry passionfruit Agua, if I would of known there were NO refills on them, I wouldve just got my kids something to eat and asked for my money back for my meal.. This Taco Bell is terrible!!! Every single time I have gone there over the last few months it has been an issue with SOMETHING!! At this point this location should just be closed DOWN!!! From the terrible Food to the UNPROFESSIONAL management and some crew members it's a waste of time and money going there!!! 🗣 Don't waste your hard earned money in this TRASH 🗑...
Read moreAside from the friendly cashiers, their cooking/preparing staff could use some serious training on how to not to treat their customers. Their cooking/preparing staff are rude, inconsiderate, lazy and not accurate with orders placed. And when i say rude i mean they have the audacity to accuse those customers of orders that are incomplete of removing said items from their bags loud enough so that the customers can hear them. When i say inconsiderate i mean not owning up to their mistakes and placing blame elsewhere (on the customer) and having the audacity to say it loud enough for the customer to hear and getting other coworkers to laugh and agree. I say lazy because not one item was even remotely edible due to the lack of beef/ and other fillings that generally go on tacos. And when i say they are not accurate with orders, that should speak for itself but in case it does not...I've been coming here a lot. This is my usual go to taco bell. Yes sometimes they get orders wrong or incomplete but what draws the line is the rude child in the back, voicing her accusations thinking i can't hear them, that is crossing the line and the food isn't worth the paper they're wrapped in. So if you're looking for lazy, rude, inconsiderate, non accurate taco bell orders, this might be your ideal location. If that's not what you're looking for, then i would suggest buying the taco bell kit from walmart and making your own taco bell cuz even a 5 year old could make better food, and give greater service than this establishment. Will not...
