I guess McAlisters falls into the healthy food category. Especially in comparison to it's alternatives.

I have never been disappointed with a meal from this location. The food is simply good, doesn't weight too hard on the body and is consistent.

Reach for McAlisters every once in a while. It's easy on the waistline, fast, delicious and unique. I know it's just a deli, but they have some magic sauce that will elate your tastebuts, satiate you and give you good clean energy to push through your day without sluggishness in which other restaurants always seem to cause often.

One of my faves for semi healthy eating every once in a while.

I am a very strict eater due to my hobby of weight training/physique enhancement, but McAlisters is one spot I will indulge in once a fortnight or so and I am never left disappointed in any way. Top notch and a well run business. Salute the hard work for everyone at this locations staff. You guys have a top notch if not the best deli in America.'

EDIT: King Club is 10/10 AKA --- the bomb. Loaded with clean protein, high quality cheese, fresh tomatoes, etc. This is the best sandwich I have ever consumed. Will keep you full all day so that you can focus on work, play or anything else important.

Grilled Chicken Club is just good. Possibly the healthiest sub on the menu for non vegans. It's a bit small, but delivered with the freshly grilled chicken. Opt for this if you can't stomach the full size king club.

The Coffee is stimulating, clean and provides the perfect energy boost without headaches. A sign of high quality chemical free coffee.

Side of Broccoli is cooked to perfection. Great for your health and compliments every sandwich.

God Bless this business. I love seeing well run businesses in the triad area and you have my full support as I continue to turn my family and friends onto this incredibly restaurant.

It may be a tad bit more expensive these "fast food" sub chanins, but health is wealth. Spend a little more $ for higher quality food, and see that health is wealth.

5 Stars all of the way for my boys and gals at McAlisters. The short wait time will even blow your mind. Kudos McAlisters team. Wishing you decades if not centuries of continued success. My family and I support you all the...

First time at this location and probably 2nd time ever at this chain. The employees at this location were amazing. Patient and helpful. It did get very busy right after we got there for lunch and they were responsive to helping everyone. It wasn't as fast as a fast-food burger joint, but we sat outside and enjoyed the day while we waited for our sandwiches which they brought out to us, along with extra napkins in case we hadn't grabbed any. The man was extremely nice and had also welcomed us when we first got there. The sandwiches (2 different turkey options) were amazing! One on wheat at my request and the other on chibotta. The wheat bread was definitely smaller, not large slices of deli bread though. Was kinda disappointed that the sandwich was so small for what we paid. It was a combo with bagged chips and a drink, but I was surprised we paid so much for two meals. Later, my husband said that was why we never visited McAllister's again after visiting years ago. So the workers and location were great, and the food was good too, but the value for your money was lacking. I cannot say it would be a regular for us due to that, but maybe an every now and then place we...

Wasn’t planning on leaving a review until I completely drove out of my way, returning to the location and leaving empty handed.

Praying the ASGM follows through on her word. However I called up to the location after getting to work and realizing my order was COMPLETELY WRONG. I order the same two or three things via the app to the point where I just have to tap reorder based off the time of day I’m ordering. After waiting almost 30 minutes i briefly checked my bag and realized I was missing butter, sour cream, utensils. The gentleman tried to tell me it was in the bag ( I had no butter and only 1sc when I ordered two) no utilities.

Anyway my order: the veggie spud comes w/ rotel cheese which I had non on top of being charged $.75 for spinach that was also missing from the spud along with missing green onion, but there were black olives which I didn’t order. The ultimate nachos: I paid the up charge for veggie chill and was given regular chill couldn’t even enjoy the chips because they were soft and stale.

The catering manager was super apologetic however that doesn’t change the fact that I wasn’t able to eat my food, receive a refund, or a meal on a...

Today I came to the same location we have eaten at for years with minimal issue. However when I walked into the newly renovated dining room, I was less than pleasantly surprised. I stood behind an elderly couple as the young “professional” huffed, rolled her eyes, and walked away after the gentleman contested the change he was owed respectfully. Her attitude was dismissive, passive aggressive, and less than appealing. Next my order was up and I paid once before the other young professional told me it didn’t go through. So she ran my card a second time before she realized it was an error on her part. When the senior professional came to help, she told me that I needed to pay $25.90 a third time because the register was not logged in under the right employee and I would have to call my bank to get back the first $50 in charges. Overall I just paid $77.70 for a meal that was overpriced in the first place. Honestly this will probably be the last time we come here. Not worth it.

This section of New Garden Rd, is loaded with great places to eat. We found ourselves wanting good deli but our usual place was closed. McAlister’s is our new Go To - here’s why: they have no problem with substitutions. We both wanted The New Yorker which is corned beef, pastrami, swiss and spicy brown mustard on marbled rye. We changed the bread on both to a baguette and no cheese on mine. The girl at the register was very accommodating and nice. We took it home and chowed. The corned beef and pastrami combo was really good! The potato salad tasted better than it looks and the tomato, cucumber salad was very fresh. This was a great experience!

Pick up orders to go today! The black Angus roast beef sandwich was awesome! Can't wait to have it again! Don't forget to click the check mark beside the pickle and the online app! Updat Oct. 2025 store was very clean when I entered! Extremely impressed with the managing of the store. It's very impressive to see such a well-oiled machine working! I don't know if that's cooking, grease or elbow sweat! But stop by and pick up some chili sandwiches and more like baked potatoes! Everything will hit the spot. Just find what you really like and enjoy!
