McDonald's — Restaurant in Greensboro

I know working in fast food isn’t always pleasant, but the service was poor. The front cashier was rude. My husband & I ordered our food on the touchscreen & waited to pay cash at the counter. Cashier ignored us for 5 minutes before she finally decided to ring our order up. While exchanging the cash she rudely dropped my change all over the counter & floor because she was trying to avoid touching my hand. While waiting on our food. The same lady who rang us up throws a bag of food on the counter without saying anything & rolled her eyes at us whiling turning around to continue bagging other orders. Meanwhile my husband & I continue to stand there with others that are waiting for their orders as well. No one knew who’s order was awaiting on the counter, the cashier never called out the number nor said what the order contained. And I’m not going to look or put my hands on someone else’s order. Finally a extra 5 to 8 minutes later a gentleman from the back that was preparing the food walked up looked in the bag and let us know what the order contained. The order was ours so we grab our food & was going to dine in the dining area but the dining area was nasty. There was Trash on every seat & table in the dining area. Drinks were spilled & never cleaned up. My husband & I had to eat in our car. And our fries were not even fully cooked the fries were soggy. I’m not normally the one to complain but I was highly disappointed. Considering I’ve never had such poor experience with this location. I will not be returning to this location 2620...

Dispicable!.. I arrived near noon on Saturday 9/16/17 and placed a very simple order, sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal with a mocha frappe..first of all the young lady couldn't get the order right no matter how loudly I spoke through the intercom at the drive through..by the time I got through the long drive through lines she handed me a hot coffee, I politely repeated my order. As I watched her through the drive through window take way too long to fix an iced frappe, I saw some chatting with people in the back grill area then I was given the drink and told to pull up into​ a parking space to wait. My intuitions made me feel something was not quite right about that, given the fact that this is the second time I've tried to order breakfast from this location with a problem presented, last time i received a cold hamburger meal with fries! (It appears that maybe staff resents having to serve breakfast items past noon, but it is their choice now to offer breakfast all day.) I got out of my car, went inside to see what was the hold up, these young ladies appeared to be surprised when I came in, they quickly handed me the already bagged order. When I reached home to bite into eggshells in the sandwich, how come I was not surprised! I wouldn't feed my dog or cat from here. Proper management needs to be evaluated and staff needs to be disaplined for poor and disgusting...

12/2024 Not very REWARDING now it takes twice as many or more points to get a reward. Meaning I have to spend over twice as much $ to get rewards that now start at 1500pts. Burger King & Wendy's thank you McD's for my business today. I spent $20 at fast food today with them, McD's got none of my money.

4/2024 Cold Qtr pounder meat could not melt the chz. Saw 3 other people come back for oders made wrong. Staff making trips to give free food to ppl they know in cars in lot.

9-18-2023 .50c double cheeseburger APP offer never loaded. Bait n switch. Lots of people asking same question in lobby. Then saw deal was deleted from the APP! They've been giving out wrong food to wrong person for months. Not paying attention to ticket details. Once I got bix of tarter sauce not a Fish sandwich, other time I got fish with tarter sauce, not ketchup I ordered mine was sitting made in the warmer server bagged wrong sandwich messed up 2 orders.

Food was so poorly wrapped it was falling out of wrapper into the bag. Same...
