I have generally liked this Taco Bell location for a long time; however, a recent visit has brought to my attention that something has gone wrong. I have taken a night to deliberate and be certain I do not levy undue blame at innocent individuals. I do not believe the employees are to blame. However, there are several systemic and unacceptable issues which require redress at this location. I walked in to a counter tended by no one. There are no signs or directions indicating where customers are supposed to order. They are simply expected to find the ordering screens which are located opposite the counter, facing the completely opposite direction in which customers instinctively look to place orders (namely, at the counter.) And here is where my main issues begin. I have three major problems: (1) The ordering screens are entirely counter-intuitive. The sections are not organized to keep items from the same course together, the categories themselves are vague, and you are presented with a confusing number of options every time you select an item for purchase. (2) Almost ⅓ of Taco Bell's menu is absent from the ordering screens. And it's not just that it's not offered at this location (a point I'll touch on later). But hybrid items like quesaritos, any normal sized quesadillas, and classics like the beefy five layer burrito are absent from the menu. And (3) all of the employees are stationed in a way that is conducive to customers being ignored. I tend to be a very polite person. I do not like imposing, I do not like asking for that which is not forthcoming, and I don't like asking for special treatment. My brother, however, (another individual of calm temperament) did decide to get an employees attention so he could order what he actually wanted. It was several full minutes before anyone even noticed he was trying to get their attention, and it was at least another minute before someone came to take the order. Now, as I said, I don't blame the employees. The work stations are set up so that everyone is either at the drive-thru or cooking stations, and no one can pay attention to customers needing assistance. The woman who came to take his order was very courteous and apologetic for not only the wait, but the lack of items on the menu. And then was able to place his order on the cash register. And that's my biggest problem with this location: they are aware of the problems, yet they persist. I said before that I like this location, and I will check in from time to time to see if anything has changed. But until something does change, I will exclusively purchase food from the other location on Battleground Avenue next to the Walmart. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this Taco Bell location.

Read moreMy food has been wrong the past two times I’ve ordered from here. It’s infuriating to pay $5 for a grilled cheese burrito and get this tiny piece of crap instead. No cheese on the outside, it’s basically a beefy five layer which is half the price. I don’t understand why this only happens at this location but I’m tired of being overcharged for an item I didn’t even want. I’m only leaving two stars because the staff is usually nice.
EDIT: I don’t know why I keep trying this Taco Bell location. Probably because my child loves cheesy roll up’s and it’s right by my house. But when I say this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced, I can’t emphasize it enough. Literally every time I order half the food it missing or prepared incorrectly. Missing ingredients or not even warmed up. Last time I got cheesy fiesta potatoes that were all black and hard as rocks. Completely inedible. Today they remade my burrito and it was still wrong. It was a grilled cheese burrito and st first it wasn’t even grilled, just wrapped up in a cold tortilla with no cheese whatsoever. They weren’t friendly at all and didn’t seem to care that the food was wrong. The girl told me all that was wrong was it wasn’t grilled as she rolled her eyes, tossed it, and proceeded to remake it AGAIN without cheese. At this point I gave up because my kid was sick at home waiting on food. I was missing two items and I told them so. Was given one of the two. Had to badger them to give me the other item even though I had a receipt. My nacho cheese cups are a joke, there’s almost no cheese in them. Attaching a picture for reference. I’m also attaching a picture of my cheeseless grilled cheese burrito. It would be funny if I didn’t just drop $30 to feed myself and my child gross inaccurate food. I think this is the last time. I’ll drive a little farther to the north battleground location. At least they can read a food ticket. (Also, I work in service industry so I know it can suck. But they didn’t even have any other food tickets up at this time!...
Read moreI wish I could leave zero stars, the service here has drastically declined for the past year. My boyfriend went to pick up an order late last night that he placed through the mobile app. He went through the drive through, in a long line of backed up cars, come to find out because there was literally only ONE person working. He didn’t have an issue with this, though that’s ridiculous to put a single person through, and proceeded to wait over half an hour before getting to the window. The woman that was working treated him poorly, and started handing him a ton of food (which she had complained was a $40 order she had to make by herself) that was NOT his. He tried to explain to her that he had told her his name, and this order was not his (we order often enough to know that they are supposed to confirm the order on the screen before making it, something we really appreciate as vegetarians). Instead of being apologetic, she got ANGRY with him and told him she didn’t have his order. He ended up driving away, after waiting over 45 minutes in the drive through, without his food, despite before very patient and planning to tip her. He had just come off of a 13 hour shift, he also works in the restaurant industry, and was sympathetic towards her working by herself... until she was incredibly rude to him!! This is not the first time we’ve had complications there recently. I’ve been with him when we’ve gotten yelled at by employees when we returned food for having meat on it, being accused of incorrectly swapping the ingredient for beans on the app. This is also not the first time we’ve run into issues when we go through the drive through late at night (around 11pm) and there’s only one person working. We love Taco Bell, they make it very easy for us to eat there, and it’s food we can depend on after he’s worked a closing shift. This Taco Bell, however, is a complete disaster. It’s a nightmare every time we go there, even giving them chances after going months without going to...
