Very disappointed with service today. I've been to this location a few times and not the most friendliest atmosphere most of the time. Only depends on who's working. Today was different, I sent my husband in (he is new to this location) to pick up a acai bowl for me lunch. He proceeded to place an order and was greeted by an employee by the name of DENISE instructed another employee to fix the order because in her own words "I'M NOT DOING ALL THAT" Mind you my order was very simple I just excluded the drizzle and granola on the side to be exact from the bowl(not complicated). I receive the bowl and not only was it the bowl lacking fruit but they substituted the blueberries for something they normally don't use. With a bowl that cost close to $13.00 it was lacking. I proceeded to call the store and spoke to (DENISE). Her excuse is they ran out of the blueberries. Well next time don't make bowls that consist of that ingredient or better yet offer the customer something else to go into the bowl. Her disposition on the phone was lacking so I requested to speak to a manager to my surprise she indicated she was one of them (I think more training is needed to be a manager) or better yet don't work somewhere that requires you to be nice to clients. Read moreWent to get a smoothie on 4/17, ordered via app like I always do with no issues. This time, it takes my money but the order didn’t go through tells me to go inside. They all look so confused like they were born literally that morning. The cashier then proceeded to say “I have to take a picture of your receipt and send it to my manager and then he has to send it to blah blah blah” I don’t even know what all she said towards the end because she lost me with sending it to three different other people. What kind of company has a refund process so tedious when the mistake was on their end? I told the cashier that they are having mobile ordering issues and that this is the PERFECT TIME TO CUT OFF SAID SAID SYSTEM … all she says is “yeah I know”like she thinks she’s in cheerleading camp still. She mentioned that they have been having issues all day. They will not make your smoothie unless it pops up on their screen. This location will cut off their system whenever they are behind on orders or don’t feel like working and I have heard an employee say that personally. The young woman I asked couldn't tell me how long the store had been there or what it had been before. The smoothie tastes fine. I'm giving a two-star rating because the store is absolutely filthy. I used the restroom and it was grungy. You can look around the store and just see that the floor is filthy. There's trash on it, the tables are rusted, hardware is in disrepair, the floors and the walls are gross. There's just stains all over everything, I caught a glimpse of the back of the house which also looked filthy. I almost walked out. It looked like the blenders were decent enough. I did ask for the owners name and phone number which I now have but would not ever post publicly.
