As I sit here, I can't help but feel angry and dissatisfied with the food that I just received. I ordered a hummus wrap with no cherry tomatoes and asked for fire roasted tomatoes instead. But, to my dismay, my order was not fulfilled correctly. The wrap was soggy and sloppy, and the toppings were hanging out before I unwrapped it. It was mostly made up of salad dressing and lettuce, with minimal hummus and artichoke, nothing close to what I had expected. I couldn't believe that I had paid $40 for 2 bags of chips, water, a juice, and 2 sandwiches, and yet received such a subpar meal. The prices have increased, and the quality has decreased.
I expected better, especially when I had asked for a simple change in my order. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the wrap was so unappetizing that I threw it away. I couldn't even finish it. The fact that I had to throw away my meal made me even more frustrated. I could have spent my money better by going to a restaurant and getting a better meal for the same price.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the food that I received. It was not worth the price that I paid, and I feel like I have been ripped off. I have been here many times so I know what quality I should have gotten. I hope that the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves their food quality and customer service. Until then, I won't be returning to this...
Read moreThis cool little spot in Downtown Greensboro seems like a hidden gem tucked away amongst the buildings. When you first walk in this place they have t-shirt merchandise, candy, comic books, in addition to all of the variety of craft beers. Parking sucks here though, so be prepared to pay with quarters, or if you are lucky to find a spot in the free parking lot try your luck. The menu is listed on a big wall chalkboard next to the register. Today I was in the mood for some chicken so I went with the Chicken Donatello and this sandwich did not disappoint me at all. This sandwich contained grilled chicken. Tomatoes, pesto, mozzarella and banana peppers. On a scale of best sandwiches I would rate it a 7. After I ordered i only had to wait about 7 minutes for my food, but i beat...
Read moreThis is the place I knew I needed to be but didn’t easily discover. Living in GSO for 2 years, I never knew this place existed as I typically look towards the Theatre. Amazing everything. Food, energy, people, vibes, PRODUCTS!!! I’ve found everything I needed in one space. The ultimate one stop shop. It was our first time & my gf and I are officially loyal customers. I had the vegan wrap and man even if you aren’t vegan (I’m pescatarian), it is amazing. My gf had the chicken wrap and had her head blown off by it haha! We also got one of the 100mg drinks and were good for the rest of the day. Our anxieties melted away by a stop at The Bodega. The owner is the best guy in the city & I encourage everyone to shop local...
