For being here in Greenville around two months this place was jampacked with people of all walks to life. I would highly recommend this place. They have breakfast foods of all kinds, and if you go for lunch they have the best burgers.Ava was an outstanding server. It had a super vibe. A place that I will definitely go many times in the future. 3-8-25: my friends and I had a great time. The food was great and everybody was full. I had biscuits and gravy and my friends had a big breakfast. Christopher was a great server. It was full with people waiting to be seated. 7-25-25: first…Sydnee was an excellent server. Answering any questions and helping us where we needed help. Very charming and composed. I got the BLT with home fries. Both our BLTs- the bacon seems like it was cooked a couple of minutes too long as you could hold a dark brown piece and feels like you could set a cup of coffee on it. And the home fries are good in theory I'd recommend cooking a little sautéed onions in it. But they give you generous proportions and it made fresh I assume. I find drizzling a little syrup helps the home fries 9-19-2025: another delicious, filling breakfast. I had the Texican bowl, and I prefer hard boiled eggs so they basically poached over hard and gave me the same delicious sensation. It has a little bit of a kick with the pickled jalapeños and the chorizo sausage. There's also regular sausage and cheese and bell peppers and onions and a side of salsa and sour cream. I'm hungry all over again just thinking about it. This location was busy as usual but the service was timely

I wish I could give 5 stars however the inconsistency when it comes to online ordering leaves much to be desired and the quality of food can be inconsistent. When ordering the 6 min est. pick up time is never right. Even arriving within 15-20 min leaves you waiting. It’d make sense to update the estimated time minimum and or cut out online ordering all together to focus on the service inside. This last time had me deciding it’s time to give Eggs Up Grill a break after ordering the biscuits and gravy with an extra egg. I’m not sure what I was supposed to do with the amount of gravy they gave me but enjoying my breakfast was not one of them. Very disappointed due to having to wait longer than the expected time and to get home and realize my breakfast would be disappointing. Maybe I’ll give it a try later on once they’ve had time to fully adjust and work out any lingering kinks but for now the disappointment stands. Hopefully they can turn it around as having another breakfast destination was exciting.

I came to this establishment a few minutes ago with my family. I order the grand classic which comes with sausage, bacon, 3 eggs, bread, grits and home fries. Now I asked for a biscuit because I wanted to do biscuit and gravy and garlic cheddar grits. I also order a side of fries, the strawberry and cream donuts a side of sugar jam and a side of gravy. Here is where the issues come in at. The biscuit was burnt, the sausage was burnt, the eggs I never got the home fries. I drunk all my tea and saw my waitress fill another person cup with a pitcher of tea and walked past my empty cup. My mother went to the bathroom which was backed up because someone clogged it with tissue. She told staff and they told her okay and according to her rolled her eyes and kept going. So she had to walk out and go next door to Jimmy John’s to use the bathroom. I didn’t cause or scene or anything I paid the $40 plus and left and my parents followed suit. I will say don’t waste your time or money coming here so not worth it.

We arrived at 11:30 and skipped the waiting line by sitting at the bar which faces the kitchen. We ordered promptly and Ava gave us our waters as we waited… and waited… and waited… At first I thought “wow what a quiet and well organized kitchen..” but soon I realized the silence was not a success but rather an indication of failure. The man who seemed to be leading the kitchen had a large beard that was uncovered which was off putting to say the least and the staff seemed to have trouble with promptly making what I believe to be one of the simplest things to cook.. an egg. After an hour of waiting and not even having our waters refilled there was no reassurance our food was coming. I asked Ava how much longer our food would be and was told it would be a while. At this point I told Ava to cancel our order and we left. Question to the owner, when you hired your staff did you have them cook an hour straight for a full house to test them and see how fast they could pump out service? You must have known that your restaurant would be packed and I’m just wondering how you prepared for this..? As someone who understands business basics it made me sad to think of the person who opened this business as a service to Greenville. You probably lost several thousand dollars today because of how slow your kitchen moved and because of poor service. I would have loved to review the food and write something positive here but I wasn’t given the chance. This saddens me but I won’t be returning to waste another...

Me and my husband finally decided to stop in over the weekend and try this place for the first time, I have to say I am very pleased and happy we went. We got there and they were very busy but they said the wait would be 15 minutes and we were seated in 10. Not long after we sat down our server Sydnee came right up and got our drink order and she was amazing very sweet and took care of us and made sure everything was perfect. While we waited on our food we enjoyed the atmosphere and how nice the place was. (We loved the ECU wall) all the employees where great everyone worked together and the manager (I believe she was the manager ) was helping so much and you don’t see that very often she went around and checked on all the tables and stopped by our table and asked if our food was good and if we enjoyed it and we talked to her for a minute she asked if it was our first visit and offered us some other things to try next time we come. Don’t let me forget the kitchen you can see the workers in the back cooking and they stayed busy back there constantly moving and they did great we absolutely loved our food I had the breakfast quesadilla with homefries and my husband had the chicken and waffles and let’s just say there was no leftovers to take home. We will definitely be frequent flyers here and can’t wait to try some more items that was recommended to us! So glad to have this place...
