After ordering my food my Burger King app paused and would not open up that required for me to log back in. However that would not allow me to log back in. Young lady at the register said that she had to have the codes on the register to give us a discount,so I continue to try to get the app to open up the coupon and the manager came over and proceeded to look at my phone and then walked away. The young lady said what the price is still the same. I asked her could I speak to the manager I heard the manager saying in the background that she couldn't help me. But when she came over she said that I needed to login I explain to her. I tried logging in several times she said well I cannot help you I only know the cold too one of the items that you're ordered. So then it's been about sing like about 5 minutes and I explained to her well we only came here to use the app coupon it's not working for some reason would you rather for us to buy the food at a discounted rate of the coupon app or you throw away the food she said that it did not matter either way. I explained to her that a customer should always be first and you should want to satisfy your customer rather than throw food away that's honestly trying to buy food that's available to everyone. Read moreI went through the drive thru at 9:30am on a Sunday. I didn’t wait long at all at the speaker for them to take my order, but the wait time after that was long. There was only one vehicle in front of me and I saw them receive their food and drinks and drive off. I pulled up to the window and the person working the window walked off. She came back and asked what I ordered and then walked off again. She left the drive thru window open and I could hear people yelling in the kitchen. She came back almost 10 minutes later and asked what I ordered again. I repeated my order again which was only 2 bacon, egg, and cheese croissants and a medium coke. She then proceeded to take my payment. She handed me my drink and my card back, then I waited some more for the food. She came back with my bag of food and placed it next to the window inside and walked away again, too far for me to reach it. I was almost about to open my door and reach in and grab it myself and then she came back and handed it to me. By the time I left the window, there were 7 or 8 vehicles behind me. Read moreI went through their drive thru off Haywood Rd. The person who took my order asked if I wanted sauce with my onion rings, I asked for ketchup instead they forgot to put ketchup in the bag. I ordered mozzarella sticks and took one bite. It tasted sour and disgusting. Do not order this. I ordered a whopper jr as well. It was soggy bread, very liquidity stuff coming out of my messy burger and who knows if it was even flame broiled meat at this point. It tasted gross. Not to mention I had as supplies with one paper napkin. Usually people are supplied with more than one. Disappointing experience and location to say the least. I’ve been to several BK locations through the years and in other states as well that hold higher quality standards and take pride in their food chain. This is the worst BK location ever.
