My wife and I came in at 7pm on a Friday night. When we first came in the place was visibly a mess. Spilled soda at the tables near where you line up, every table filthy, garbage overflowing. We risk it and order anyway. When we get to the front of the line we are told they are out of vinaigrette dressing, chips, guacamole, and sour cream. From there we order. As I’m waiting it becomes painfully obvious that the only girl actually putting any effort into her job was the girl that took our order. The rest of them were just killing time including one that was on her phone standing next to a guy just staring into nothingness. At this point we go to fill our drinks just to find there are no napkins. After eating was when I made the critical error of deciding to use the restroom. It was at that point that I wished I had not eaten food made in this restaurant because there is NO WAY that you have a bathroom this dirty (pics attached) and a clean kitchen. These pics will show you that this bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in days. Absolutely disgusting. At this point we left and as I walked out the door I took a peek over by the line to see the spilt soda that was there when we came in hadn’t magically cleaned itself up yet. We will never go back to this location because there is no way it’s safe to order food from a place this disgustingly dirty. If you’ve read this far take a look at previous comments. You’ll see this has been a problem in this establishment for a very long time and they have no intention of fixing it.

Horrible customer experience. I ordered 2 tacos with regular amounts of guacamole and the manager charged me over $18. The line worker put a ridiculous small amount on it and when I asked for a regular scoop suddenly it’s an up charge of a side cup- but I didn’t receive a cup of guacamole. He literally just put a regular portion after my request. I attempted to dispute but the short manager with brown hair was dismissive and told me to call customer service. Before I called their back office, I called the store manager to detail how I replicated the order online and it was $4 dollars cheaper. This is the 2nd chipotle to over charge me in store vs online- using the respective online locations. The food is always off too. Hard rice and the dry chicken was not worth the hassle. I will be returning for a full refund and never shopping again at Haywood or any chipotle. It’s not easy getting good service, I called the 800 number three times to get it somewhat resolved. I asked for a refund bc i spent money so return my money. But I had to settle for a free entree- not satisfied. I will not use it bc chipotle has gone downhill and I’m not eating the raggedy food ever again. That manager will be issuing me a full refund. The receipt says I got 4 sides of guacamole which come in cups. do y’all see 4 cups of guac? I see regular portions on the taco itself - $18.58 is ridiculous.

I was not able to eat this, I tried for a little while. I finally gave up and threw it away. I'm not sure if the salt issue was the guacamole or the shredded cheese. I am out of $12.53 AND still hungry. Not a happy customer. Below is the response I received from the home office on 5/9/24. Notice that there is no attempt to make me whole, even though I had to throw money away. Hi Jerlena, Thank you for reaching out. I’m so sorry that your guac and shredded cheese were salty in your order. Salt is an important part of crafting our ingredients, but sometimes we can overdo it. I’ll be sure to share this along with our Haywood Road team so we can see where to improve for next time. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you. 5/11/24 Update: I asked Chipotle to return my money for this order since I could not eat this food. They asked me to send a screen shot from my bank, or the order number on the receipt for my meal. I no longer have the receipt. I posted the date, time and amount of my order. I am sure that this can be found in their system. I have sent them the screenshot. I'm starting to regret by-passing Chick-Fil-A that day :)

All the chipotle greenville locations suck. The haywood location was once the best of the trash, which isn't saying much.

I have refused to go back to chipotle since October 2023 (writing this Jan. 1st, 2024), keeping an eye on the reviews and waiting for their reviews to go up. They have not. They have consistently received weekly 1 star reviews since late summer/early fall 2023. That is pathetic.

Back in September-October I went probably 5 or 6 times, since they're close to my work. They constantly gave tiny portions. I'm talking I requested double portions and got burritos smaller then the palm of my hand. No one wants to pay $18 for a burrito smaller then their hand!

They're food is dry, bland and gross. Hard rice from sitting out too long. Nothing but fatty pieces or dry pieces if you order steak.

Cold food! Yuck! No one wants a cold burrito! Cheese is supposed to be melted and goey. Cheese is supposed to add to your meal. Not be the worst part of your meal. Hard, cold, and disgusting.

Every chipotle in greenville is dirty. Tables full of trash. Floors full of trash. Drink machines not refilled. Etc.

Service is slow! If I order online 1 burrito and chips 30 minutes before pick up, I expect it to be ready when I get there 30 minutes after I place an order.

And again, if you do place an order ahead of time, expect a small, cold, gross meal! That you paid around $20 per person for!

Employees are disgruntled. Yall need to do something about that.

I have contacted corporate for them to do nothing for me.

The greenville locations (haywood, woodruff, wade Hampton and cherrydale) are so bad that I swear that they're paying for the few 5 star reviews they've gotten in the last couple months. They are that bad. Do not waste your money.

It's disappointing because I seriously used to love chipotle and used to hate Moe's. Yall are making me go to Moe's because of your incompetence.

Fix yourself. This has been going on too long. You're an embarrassment.

I have been a chipotle fangirl for years, but now yall have forced me to switch to moes. at Moe's I pay $12 for a burrito with free chips, it's always warm and ready when I got to pick it up after an online order. They give me a lot for my $12 , again, free chips, their queso is delicious. And I don't feel like I'm taking a gamble if I'm going to get a good meal or a disappointing meal by ordering with Moe's. Trust me, I prefer chipotle WHEN I GET A GOOD MEAL because it's always hit or miss with chipotle. But Moe's on haywood has yet to do me dirty or left me angry and feeling ripped off.

Until these reviews start going up for all chipotle locations in greenville I advise everyone to avoid them. We cannot force them to change unless we make them change. I know I will not go back to the haywood road or any location until they get constant good reviews for over a...

I am a gluten for punishment. I ordered online again to get the rewards. The order was stolen for second time. Just go in and let them fill the order at the time of service. The patrons who came in after me had their order before I had my order that was online that was stolen. The food is 5 Star, the order was completely incorrect and the service was horrible 1 Star. I would recommend calling in the order to and ask for a name for who took to get it right.I would the rewards program.What I Received was not what I requested. The bowl which contained no cheese, No fresh tomato Salsa, No Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, No sour Cream, No fajita veggies, absolutely no cheese, no chili corn Salsa, no extra pinto beans, and no romaine lettuce. I had to ask for my rewards Chips and salsa. The server could care less and I left a $2 Dollar tip hopefully to get the order right I thought.Well no such luck. I finally received the very stale chips and the correct Salsa. It was not that busy but looked like a madhouse. My order is below to compare with what I actually received. I really have no issue inside the store as I have ordered everything to go. I never had my order right 4 times and 2 times they stated it was stolen. In addition, I think my orders were stolen and eaten by teenagers that were still in the store when I arrived. They were the ones leaving a mess why not they didn't have to pay for the food why clean anything up. That's why i order from the store off of Woodruff Rd on 4...

Placed some pick up orders online for 1145 and some for 12 (I was picking up for multiple people). I arrived right at 1145 and did not receive my 1145 orders until after 12 and my 12pm orders until close to 1230. This completely defeats the purpose of online ordering. I expect a potential 5 or maybe 10 minute wait but 30 is ridiculous. Not to mention the walk in people were getting their food extremely fast at the time. So about 12-15 of us are sitting around and waiting for our online orders while these people who just walk in are flying through the line. at least 40 people received their meals while I waited on the one they've had in front of them since 1130. There is NO signage stating where to go for pick up orders so it was extremely confusing. I was unsure if I should tell someone I'm here, if I was supposed to go through the line, etc. So all 15 of us just sat at the community tables up front and waited on our names to be called. It was so inefficient and just dumb. I have worked at multiple restaurants in multiple positions and I've never seen anything as atrocious as what I witnessed today. It was an absolute circus. Then I finally received my order and have to run because I was on my lunch break and had already run over. I did not have time to check my meal. Well mine was pretty wrong. I asked for brown rice and got white rice. Paid extra for queso and got none. Also asked for the fajita toppings and got none. Fantastic. The food tasted fine but would have loved the things I asked for and especially the things I paid extra for.
