I ordered cookies for curbside pickup and got the pop up asking to use my location for when i’m ready for pickup to click i’m here. I said okay. I didn’t ended up getting to this side of town until later than i expected but didn’t think it’d be an issue since i thought they’d make it once i got there. it even said it couldn’t give me points until the order was “fulfilled”. i couldn’t choose the i’m here button any longer so thought i had to do it in person ig idk? i went in and they said they don’t have the order, i said okay and went to check with my sister to ensure it was my name not hers she said yes. i came back and said here's the order and showed it. They proceeded to tell me they again didn’t have it. they got the manager i assume and he proceeded to ask me my name 4 more times, ask me what kind of car i had, and asked if it was curbside and kept saying he can’t find it. after another 3-6 minutes they finally found it at the bottom of the stack sitting on the counter because they already prepared it. they didn’t offer to remake it even after i questioned why it was premade when i thought it would be made onvd i arrive. the cookies were old and hard, of which one was the cheesecake (which should have been cold but was warm). Absolutely disgusting and was over $20; staff did not listen nor try to understand what the problem was. Read moreOkay. So I was craving a sugar cookie. Went up to the register today, the guy asked if he could help me. I said “No sugar cookies? Hmmm. That’s ok, but which one would you suggest if you were craving a sugar cookie?” He actually had no idea…lol…he asked the guy at the next POS tablet the question. He paused for a minute and said “probably strawberry cheesecake”. So, that definitely did not look anything like a sugar cookie, smeared with strawberrry jam!! 🤣 So, I ordered the visually closest one, the buttermilk pancake cookie. During payment for this cookie, the tablet actually suggested I give them a tip! For counter service. For a cookie. I didn’t get any “tippable” service! The guy helping me had no idea what cookie was closest to a sugar cookie. And he couldn’t tell me what the frostings on top were. The last time I came in, I had a similar experience with the gal not knowing a simple ingredient question. I do feel for business owners and the lack of employees, especially engaged employees, but if that were my business? No one would be helping a customer until they had basic knowledge of the menu items. As for the cookie, the flavor was great, but I had no idea what the two frostings were on top…but they tasted like pure sugar and not flavorful. So sweet my teeth hurt. Read moreI’ve had the cookies once before and they are fabulous, but when I went into the store this past Monday morning to purchase a gift card for a Secret Santa gift for work there were multiple issues. First, I could only choose between $10, $25 and $50 amount (later when I realized I could purchase a gift card on the app you can choose any amount you want). Second, their card reader was ‘down’. I tried to enter my info in manually and it still didn’t take. They stated ‘the whole system is down’. I was the first customer in that door Monday morning. Third, when I went to purchase a gift card on their app, the app was down!! Like if y’all really don’t wanna make any sales today just close the whole place down. Fourth, a couple hours later I look on my banking app to find that there is a $250 random charge that neither I nor my husband made that day. The only explanation I could come up with was that when I entered in my card info manually at the store it was never deleted off the computer when the transaction didn’t go through and someone got the info from there. Oh, I also forgot that all the times I swiped my card in the store showed on my banking app, but how?? I thought their systems were down?? Anyway, this company will never have any of my...
