While the food was fine, the staff was not. When we got there, we thought the few tables together in the back we for us. I'm not sure what happened but there was some confusion. Which I get can happen. We had 11 people which is a lot. They stated that they needed to see if someone else had reservations on the table which took them at least 5 minutes to do. Once they decided there wasn't, instead of cleaning off the few cups on the table and wiping it down, they had us give them our phone number and wait outside in the cold for 10 mins while they did that arduous task. They literally told us that would be our table but we had to give them our number and we had to wait for them to call us. While we stood outside they looked at us like we were crazy and I think they just wanted us to leave. We absolutely would have if we didn't have several hungry kids with us. Now I get that a large group with a lot of kids is not the ideal table but we were kind and our kids did not run around or make loud noises or a big mess. We tipped in excess of what they added automatically to the bill even though refills were not brought except the one time they were specifically requested. Even then they were only brought a refill for one person. After they sat us, they sat very few other guests so by the time we were done eating there were only a handful of tables with customers but I guess they just didn't want to serve us. I had high hopes because we love pizza and from the outside the restaurant appeared cozy however they are not family or large group friendly even when they have...

As a resident of Downtown Greenville, I’m always on the lookout for local dining spots that offer both atmosphere and great food. Crust & Craft has become one of our new go-to spots in Greenville, and while I don’t normally write reviews, I wanted to share it with others because a great place like this shouldn't be overlooked. It’s not your average pizzeria; I’ve tried all the pizza places Downtown and this one stands out as having that “special vibe” that I was looking for. The ambiance strikes that perfect balance between upscale and welcoming, and the pizza is absolutely delicious! The menu has something for everyone, and all of the pizzas I’ve tried so far have been a crafted masterpiece. The dough is hand-stretched, and it’s the first time I’ve ever really enjoyed an appetizing difference in wood fired pizza. My wife recently tried the Margherita, and the quality of the tomatoes, mozzarella, and fresh basil really shines. I suggest the Pepperoni Purist if you’re like me and view a pizza restaurant’s pepperoni pie as the benchmark by which you judge them; it’s a hit! Also, the McDoDoughs are a MUST! The staff was warm and attentive; they explained some of the process that goes into making the food and sourcing fresh ingredients, it’s clear the team is passionate about what they do. I am grateful to have Crust & Craft here in Downtown Greenville, it’s the perfect addition to the local food scene. The McDoDoughs alone are worth a drive to...

Never ever write reviews but I had to leave one for here! Was walking around town and looking for somewhere to eat and stumbled across this place. It looked cute and lots of menu options sounded delicious so we thought we’d go for it. We went inside and were greeted by Alex who offered for us to sit anywhere we’d like. There was a cute table by the window with nice light and pretty view outside so we chose there. The table happened to be dirty from a previous customer and Alex promptly cleaned it up for us right away! Alex’s demeanor and attitude were fantastic and he was funny and very helpful when we had questions about the menu. Our food was excellent and they accidentally dropped half our pizza on the floor so they gave us the first have to get started and quickly made a whole fresh new pizza for us to have as well. Very unique pizza options. We opted to try the fettuccine Alfredo pizza among other things and Everything was great and we really wanted to take leftovers but we were from out of town and it wouldn’t keep because we weren’t headed home yet and wanted to walk around town more so Alex offered to store it in their fridge for us to pickup later. Never encountered that before at a restaurant and it was excellent customer service. We left and came back later to pickup our leftovers before heading home and I highly recommend stopping in here for a bite in town. Thanks for the great...

After a friend's recommendation, we headed out to Crust & Craft for a date night. It was a quick walk from a parking garage nearby, and we were able to be seated quickly. Our server was super friendly and there were many great options on the menu, anyone could find an old or new favorite. Plus the service was pleasantly fast for how packed they were! It had a classic bar and pizza atmosphere, but it holds a lot of historic qualities of the original building. However, the large accent wall seemed a bit empty with plastic plants. Expect to pay around $10-20 per menu item. We rated our toasted ravioli starter as a 9/10, a perfectly crispy outside with a soft, creamy, pull worthy cheese. We rated the margherita pizza an 8/10, delicious acidic sauce that was well seasoned, which helps this old favorite stand out from other marg pizzas in town. We ordered the butter beer as a sweet treat which complemented well with the savory pizza, 8/10. Lastly, the mac and cheese chicken alfredo we rated a 5/10, the sauce was buttery, and thin with not much seasoning. I think we were looking for more of a thicker creamy cheese base to pair with their choice of cavatappi, however this would be a great choice for a picky eater. Overall, we highly recommend Crust & Craft for all ages. We are excited to come back soon!

I went on a Friday afternoon around 230 and sat at the bar. It wasn't busy but while I was there people kept trickling in. The atmosphere is very nice but when I go out for pizza I prefer a more casual experience. Shortly after sitting down the bartender asked for my drink order and kept my drink filled the entire time. The service was great and everyone was very pleasant. There's several pizzas to choose from but for my first time there I just ordered the pepperoni. It was perfectly baked and it tasted fantastic. This has moved up to one of my favorite pizza places in town and I'll be going back again.
