We had the immense pleasure of visiting Greenville, SC, in June, and we must extend our heartfelt thanks to Savannah and Joanne from the Visitor Centre for making it the most beautiful holiday of our lives.

Savannah was exceptional in organising a tailor-made programme for us even before our arrival. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering dedication ensured that every aspect of our stay in Greenville was flawlessly planned. Throughout our visit, she continued to provide outstanding support, ensuring our comfort and enhancing our experience at every turn. Her professionalism, warmth, and unparalleled competence were truly remarkable.

Joanne was equally impressive, always greeting us with a radiant smile and an impressive wealth of knowledge about the area. She was instrumental in helping us define our hiking activities and provided invaluable advice. Her friendly and welcoming nature made us feel instantly at home. Both Savannah and Joanne went above and beyond to showcase the beauty of Greenville and the genuine kindness of its people.

Thanks to their extraordinary efforts, we discovered numerous wonderful places and experiences that we will cherish forever. Their dedication and hospitality have left an indelible mark, and we will undoubtedly return to Greenville, largely because of the unforgettable memories they helped create.

This is a charming visitor center that gives you a great feel for Greenville and all of the things you can do there! The brochures covered a wide range of things to do in Greenville and allows everyone to find something they're interested in. They had brochures for historical sites, natural scenery (such as the Greenville area's many waterfalls and mountains), tourist attractions for families, ghost tours, and more! There were several booklets for self guided walking tours that give you a good understanding of what you're seeing, whether it be Greenville's culture, black history, or waterfalls. The workers were very friendly and helpful and were clearly passionate about their city and were happy to answer any questions. The building was very clean and nice, and was located in the middle of Greenville's main street and is in close proximity to many of Greenville's main attractions. The gentleman working the visitor center today was incredibly welcoming and friendly. He was also very knowledgeable about everything Greenville has to offer. He provided some great recommendations and shared with us some fun info about the area. Greenville itself is absolutely beautiful, with its vibrant downtown, stunning parks, and wonderful atmosphere. So far it’s been a wonderful trip and I’m really glad we came to visit and for all our great experiences...
