Very rude management. I missed two calls from what I’m guessing was the delivery driver in which I called right back and the calls went directly to the store instead of the delivery driver. I then realized that my order showed as delivered and I called the store and they told me that my order was five minutes away. I waited 20 minutes and still did not receive an order. I then called back and was told that my order was missing an Apartment number and they were adding the apartment number and my food was then going to be on the way. (Which is strange to me considering that I have multiple saved addresses on my pizza profile so I just click on the one that I want to deliver to and there’s never been an issue until today.) I waited another 20 minutes and still did not receive my order and I called the store again and told them that I would like my money back because this is getting weird. That’s when management came on the phone very rude and said she would give me the money back but she’s putting a note on my account. And I asked her what is the note about? Because it seems as though she was trying to scold me when I didn’t receive any pizza. The delivery guy is in the background saying that he did give my pizza to someone, but the pizza is not here. The member of management then said well someone in your house has the pizza, very rudely said at that. I told her I’ve been in the window this whole time waiting for my pizza and I do not have my pizza and I live with my baby so there’s no one else that could have taken the pizza. She pretty much accused me of stealing when I’m the one who doesn’t have my pizza. I order from this Domino’s multiple times a year, multiple times a month at that and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. And I don’t appreciate feeling like I’m being scolded and customer service for this customer was not completed. I don’t know where the pizza is if the driver maybe gave it to one of his friends or not but whoever has it I hope they enjoy Because now my baby and I do not have dinner. And that member of management just had to let me know that I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for my refund because that made her feel good to say. I’m am not a rude person because I work in customer service and I would never be upset for absolutely no reason nor would I ever want to make anyone’s job harder, but my night has been made rather difficult. Read moreI normally go to this location even though it's farther than other stores from my home but never had such terrible service like this time. I ordered two medium pizzas and went in to pay and no one greeted me. When I paid for my food I accidentally forgot to add the 50 cent marinara, but instead of swiping it, I wanted to find coins for it. I ended up going to the car twice for coins since I was 8 cents short and no one seemed to want to help me out. I finally figured it out and paid for my sauce. As I was leaving, I asked if I can have a small amount of PIZZA SAUCE, you know , the one that they put on the pizza... the young guy who seemed to be fairly new asked the STORE manager if I could. She literally looked at me and said NO. I was coming home from work and exhausted... I really feel like "NO" is never an answer to a customer. I didnt get an explanation or anything. Well, I was too tired question so I drove home and opened my pizza. One was amazing looking and the other was dry and hard. I called the manager back to see if I can just get a credit for my $6 dollar pizza (5.99 each of two or more mediums) .. she said rudely " Bring your pizza back and ill make you a new one". At that point.. I was exhausted and starving from work and couldnt wait for another 25min. So I asked her politely if she can just leave a credit for me (I think that is only fair since they overcooked it) she told me... "When you put beef in it, it tends to look different. ... -_- !!!! I order beef allll the time... this isnt true. Well I asked her lastly if she was going to help me ... she proceeded to say "If I get the pizza back" Coming from the store manager, I think this is terrible. Its unfortunate to see this. So cool... ill just leave a crappy review and stop coming to your location. Hope the $6 bucks...
Read moreI placed an order around 7-8pm for it to be delivered at 10:45pm. Never in my life have I had service this AWFUL. I received a notification that my food was being prepared that was at 10:20pm exactly, then at 10:31 I received another notification saying that Eric had my order and it was going to be delivered by 10:50. I waited and waited and waited, then between 11:06-11:13pm I received a notification that my order was delivered and it was NOT. I called the store and the lady with poor customer service answered and said that my order had been stolen from the delivery drivers car. She then did not give me any ETA or anything else. I then called again at 11:48 and was placed on hold for 26 minutes. At 12:13am I then showed up at the store and the lady said that my order was in route to be delivered and was rude! I drove back to my home and with no hope the order was still NOT DELIVERED!! I have tried calling the number several times on different phones and every single time the phone is answered I am met with “please hold” before I can even get a word out. Let me not forget that my order was $43.36. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!! If I could give negative I surely would do so, this is the most unprofessional business I have ever been too and I truly hope no one goes here again. Shove my thank you out the window,...
