Edit: 5 stars accomplished. Dashundra has really stepped up her game and I have not encountered the same things as in my first visit. My husband is addicted to this place so we've been by quite a bit lately and I can say that the rough bumpy of my first experience has been completely rectified. Keep up the goodness! So glad y'all are in Greenville and that my husband can get his "JJ"s on practically every day. 😍

The experience was off-putting and unwelcoming. Not sure that was the best first impression to make. 😕
Please do something else with "Dashundra" from the drive-thru as she has an attitude and likes to dig her fingers in her hair (which is kind of gross considering the amount of things she has to handle with her hands; i.e, napkins, drinks, putting sandwiches in the bag, customer bank cards, etc...) while she stands there yawning and acting all together disinterested. She really was quite rude. Customers shouldn't have to feel bad for ordering a couple of sandwiches at a gasp sandwich shop. The place has been in town for literally a week and this chick is tired of her job already and can't even manage a fake smile for two seconds while she completes an order? Put her on dish duty or have her hold a sandwich board...just keep her away from anything to do with customer service. I'm not saying to fire her, but definitely don't have her at the window or a register without some extra people skill training.
Giving a 4 because the food is really good despite all of that. Also, G-ville has an issue with opening up nice new restaurants only to have them go downhill in a hurry because of crappy employees. You're new in town, so we'll see if you step up or not. For now, I think...
Read moreOrdered online. After an hour I called the store to be told it was out for delivery. Waited another 30 min and then finally saw the driver speed past my house at 35 mph ( I live on a corner cul-de-sac where kids frequently play outside). He completely ignored the 5 contractors I had working in the front yard who yelled and whistled for him to stop only to watch him leave the subdivision with no delivery at my house. I then DROVE up to JJs to tell them. They offered to CANCEL MY ORDER! (I WAS SITTING IN THE DRIVE THROUGH.) I told her I would wait for her to redo my order. She closed the drive through window and began calling me names and cussing about me. I pushed the windows open and told her I could hear EVERYTHING she was saying. The look on her face was quite telling. I finally got my order. No apologies, nothing. The food is good but not good enough to make up for horrible customer service especially when there are plenty of restaurants needing my business. Read moreI went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken ceaser wrap I was provided what they later called a “kickin ranch wrap” I don’t like being one to complain as I work in the food industry myself so I tried to eat it anyway. One bite and my mouth was absolute fire. I called and very politely explained the issue and asked if I could bring the wrong sandwich back for a correct one because honestly $10 is not something I have to just throw away. They put me on hold for a minute then came back and said yes. I went up there and the lady opened the window and held the sandwich away and awkwardly said hi. I asked if she wants the other back and she said yeah then here you go. That was the extent of my interaction. No I’m sorry, I know what it’s like, nothing.
