Panda Express — Restaurant in Greenville

I ordered Broccoli beef. The vegetables were hard and raw. They were undercooked. I threw it away. This restaurant is inconsistent with how they cook the food. I’m not going back. This was horrible. I don’t care for hard green stems in my food. I’m going to find a good restaurant that serves Chinese food cooked properly. Stay away folks!! Update today on 4/18/2022. The vegetables are “rock hard” They don’t know how to cook vegetables. I don’t think they know much about cooking at all. STAY AWAY FOLKS!! THEY SERVE RAW FOOD AND THEY DON’T CARE!! STAY AWAY!! THIS “BUSINESS “ IS VERY POORLY RUN. NOTHING BUT DUMB KIDS!!!!!!! They don’t refresh. They leave that bad food out all day long. It tastes terrible!! McDonald’s would have been a much better choice! It has gone downhill in the last couple months. The portion sizes are getting smaller, they never had food ready & there is always a long line that moves really slow. EDIT....above is the review I gave them in the past and I have not been there since. I was in the area on 5/29/21 and decided to see if anything had improved. I got there and the line for the drive thru was long but several people got out of line and parked to go inside. I watched as one by one the customers tried to go in and the lobby was closed, apparently due to being short staffed. They also had a sign on the drive thru that said they now close at 7pm due to being short staffed. I notice a couple of cars in front of me try to order and then left so I was wondering what was going on. I get up there to order and they tell me they are out of both of the dishes I wanted. It was 5:50!! They don't close until 7:00!! Who is managing this place??? There still was a huge line outside, I am guessing most of them didn't get to eat either. They are losing so much money and causing a lot of unhappy customers. Will never go...

01/2025 - I am here to edit my review. Two years ago, I came here for the first time and left the review that you will see below. I was very disappointed by the bland food. I had no intention of coming back, but I was getting car work done next door and the smell pulled me in. Today is my first time back since writing that old review. I had much better experience this time.

I got the beef & broccoli and it was delicious. Very well seasoned. The fried rice was still on the bland side, but the cashier asked me if I wanted any sauces (Something no one asked last time). It makes a big difference and allows me to forgive the lack of flavor as them trying to be accommodating to people with different tastes. I get that and ultimately, I still got a dish I loved.

Old review: You can find better Chinese food just about anywhere. Their fried rice has practically no flavor. The teriyaki chicken was good though.
