I pulled up to the drive-thru and I ordered me a $2 iced latte with two pumps of hazelnut and one chocolate milk for my son. I pulled up to the window already annoyed because the girl was very rude to me on the intercom already but I was going to let that pass so I pull up to the window and she hands me the chocolate milk and said I will be right back with your latte I said okay, I wait a few minutes no one's coming back. Finally a guy with another customers drink, who seems to be a new employee that's still trying to get the hang of things and tells me that I owe a dollar 62 and he's trying to hand me a large iced coffee and I told him that I've already paid and all I needed was.my latte. I told him I'm waiting on a medium iced latte w hazelnut only and he read my order back to me and then also added a donut. I told him i didnt even say donut. He asked me what I ordered again, I told him once again what I ordered. the problem wasn't revolving around this young man trying to get my order right the problem was that this girl named Wendy had an attitude coming back to the window asking what I wanted and I told her that I still need my latte that she promised she was to bring back and so as they continue to try to figure this problem out for 5 minutes and still no latte in my hand.... I asked to see my receipt to get this fixed and show them my order I gave that they took and make sure I didn't get overcharged and she turns and looks at me with a bitter look and says I asked you if you wanted your receipt before but you told me u didn't need it. now I can't receive it back this is why I asked you beforehand and I told her I didnt need it but i told them they did because they couldnt get my very simple drink order embedded in their head. I said well you guys obviously do not know what you're doing so I'm trying to help you out and she looks at me Well ma'am we finally got your order fixed now so whats the problem...and I said no this is unacceptable. She said havr a nice day with an attitude. I sped off cause i was livid! I'm a very outgoing nice person and I have good patience when it comes to people learning but when someone cops an attitude with me right off the bat and then continues to treat me like I'm a piece of dirt for no reason it's really going to piss me off I am very upset to hear that this specific person named Wendy is the manager in the evening of this Dunkin Donuts I will make sure to not ever come back to this...
Read moreI live in Greenwood, IN. I went to Duncan Donuts located at 120 W Smith Valley Rd Suite A, Greenwood, IN 46142. I received the WORST customer service I have ever received at any establishment. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant . When my order came on the screen the bread listed was bagel. I immediately stated I don’t want it on a bagel I’d like a croissant. Then server snapped back and said that the sandwich was already made. I said well I want a bacon egg and cheese croissant. Then she doesn’t say anything and tells me to pull around. Of course when I get my bag there is a bagel sandwich in it. I give it back. I don’t want this. They again tell me it’s already made. And I again say that’s not what I ordered. They instruct me to pull up to wait for the sandwich. She came outside pointed at me then says she remade it but next time she will not. Excuse me… when I repeatedly asked her for her name she continued yelling and pointing at me, the paying customer, about what she was or was not going to make. Not how customer service works in this country. That’s extremely frustrating and unacceptable. To pay for something that half cold and I had to argue for first thing in the morning. Will not be going back!

Read moreWas given wrong donuts. No donuts were visible inside like used to be in display case. They always have to go to back now and get them, so you don't know what's available. The guy was on a phone call the whole time, on speaker with two other people so could hear entire call. He held the phone the entire time and did everything one handed. He did put the phone down for two hands for moment but the phone stayed on counter to continue his conversation the whole time. The donuts we did get were so much greasier than Dunkin's used to be, that's why we go there and don't eat Krispy Kreme. Will drive out of my way to other donut competitors because donuts and customer service there is great. Tried calling to request the wrong donuts be replaced next time, phone was busy every time, and message said mailbox full, can't leave message. Tried to leave a complaint at contact us, you have to create an account to even do that. Have never seen that at a company, even companies I'm trying to leave positive feedback on. Dunkin' s should do better in this economy of average consumers getting picky about where they put those food dollars to. Dunkin donuts used to be so good and so fun to go look at donuts and...
