Ernesto's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Greenwood

Came to our favorite place today to have brunch with my daughter who’s in College out here @ Lander University ! We get the young black disrespectful male server and ordered our drinks which was 4 waters with lemons on the side! The disrespectful server brings back 4 waters with the lemon on the side of the cups I said I asked for the lemons on the side at this time he gets an attitude so he walks away no apology or anything to come right back and take the table number 2 off the the table! I said to him you can take the number and take yourself please don’t come back to my table!! While going to ask for the manager your server continues to follow me and continuously kept walking up on me saying your table you want me to go see your son um excuse me you don’t wanna do that your server continues to follow me while I’m trying to complain to your supervisor on duty! Please know I drove from Greenville Sc to see my nursing student my daughter with her twin brother and my 2 grandchildren!! We will Never Come here again until you the manager on duty Contain your Wild Animal m/ server!! He is a very disrespectful black male you should’ve been mad at yourself for not listening to me a regular customer I work to hard for money and worked even harder to teach my children and my grands Respect!!! Good luck with your disrespectful server he will be the one to cost you your business and Your Regular Customers!!! Your manager didn’t even offer any type of inconvenience...

I always come to this restaurant but tonight we order chicken fajitas for 2 and when the fajita came only got the meat and waited 5 mins for the rest to come and when my husband asked where is the rest of the fajita meal and they said claim down sir and my husband was asking it in a low tone and said we will leave and then my husband said we saw the waiter telling the cook to put the 2 plates back and then the waiters kept saying to claim down it is coming then we got 1 plate in stead of 2 rise,beans,salad and no flour shell's. The waiter told my husband he has to share the 1 plate with your wife and I told him no we got 2 plates 3 weeks ago and then he walked away so we left the restaurant and ate at the Chinese restaurant down the road. It is sad that my favorite restaurant treated us like this. Also before We left I asked for the owner and a white man came and said can I help and my husband told him and then the waiter spoke to the white and the white man told my husband to claim down and they made us feel like they didn't care about us but they didn't want anyone else to hear what we had to say. And that is also why we left. Plus I know the white man is not the owner. I have seen the owner before. I truely hope the owner will respond to my post and clear up how many plates comes with chicken...

Went to eat with my sister to spend some time together and get out of the house for a meal. They was quick at getting us seated at a table even though it was a very crowded Friday evening. The tables are large enough to fit comfortably at and not feel like you are too close to the person across from you. Which is great because I do not like to feel cramped or feel like I am in someone else's space while trying to eat. The food was good. Came exactly as I ordered it and both our dishes came out hot and quickly. Was on top of refills before you finished the drink you had. Friendly service. Great family atmosphere. There was a guy behind our booth talking excessively loud and using the F word every other word but can't fault the restaurant for his limited vocabulary, lack of manners, and having no respect for others. Thankfully they left midway though our meal. Salsa was a little hot for myself. Had mild brought to table. I mixed it with the hot and made it perfect. Over all great experience and very good attitudes and noticed how family friendly the staff was and accommodating to people with young children. And Prices was good for what you received as well. Parking is the only issue but definitely worth it to have good...
