This used to be a good place to get a bite. The customer service has disappeared. The sign on the door states that they close at 10pm but they close early regularly; sometimes 45 minutes early. They had the doors closed at 9:40 this evening when we tried to come in to get a bite. Door clearly states 10pm closing time.I’ve also had a girl dump a soft drink in my lap(accidentally)at the drive through and disclosed this to management and literally nothing was done. I had sticky clothes and it took quite sometime to get my car clean. Another time we went in the restaurant and they had nearly all the seats blocked off(to vacuum)and an older couple barely found a seat and had to clean their table themselves and my daughter and I had to sit at the bar stool seats close to the front(mind you, this was about 45 minutes before closing. Also, we’ve been denied ice cream if it’s ten to fifteen minutes before closing(after we’ve finished our dinner)We were there about 2 weeks ago(around 9pm) and a manager was yelling at some of the kids that work there(very unprofessional) We’ve noticed a sharp decline in customer service in the past couple of years. We used to compare your customer service to that of Chick-fil-A but it’s nowhere in...
Read moreI was so excited that a Culvers came closer to home. So after leaving the Xfinity store we stopped here for lunch. When we walked in no one was standing in the lobby. There was a girl on the end taking another employees order, an employee on the middle register doing who know what, and an employee leaning against the back counter. I stood in the middle and waited my turn. The employee at the middle register looked up at me but never said a word. The girl on the end finished with the employee order and then took another employees order that wasn't even working. By this time the guy at the middle register goes and stands behind her. Then proceeds to place his order. No one still has acknowledged that we were standing there. I finally asked if they were ever going to take our order or just employee orders. No one apologized and no one seemed to care that we were ignored. So we left. This is customer service 101 that these employees need to be retrained on. Needless to say I don't see revisiting this location again anytime soon. I'll drive across town to the other location that values my business and treats...

The young man took 2 cups out of the dispenser to give the lady in front of m & they fell on the floor..he gave her 2 fresh ones & I could tell he was debating on what to do with the ones that hit the floor..he stuck them back in the slot & the other guy tried to give them to me!😬..I said, I don't want those, the were on the ground...he got a little flustered gave me clean ones (I hope) & the young guy kind of backed away. Then he didn't give me plastic number, I had to go back & get it. Then the person bringing the food, brought 1 sandwich (there were two of us)..I said I don't think that's ours..he said maybe the rest will be on another order..I said no, all on one order. He took it away & later another person brought our full order. It was cold. I was disappointed..the last time I ate here it was wonderful & the servers...
