Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwood

I'll start by saying that the food is good...when they get our orders right. My problem with this location is a simple fix. We live in a new construction area and Marcos has not updated their systems yet to include our address. Every time we call we are met with confusion and arguments that they don't deliver to our address even though they have delivered to us probably 10-15 times since January. Whomever we are talking to claims they need manager approval to place the order for delivery. This store is 5-8 minutes from our home. It is the store that should be delivering to our address. Delivery drivers also get confused because some of them use Apple maps. We have told them many times to use Google maps because our address is not in Apple Maps. (Don't use crApple products...ever.) We've been called by the delivery drivers that use Apple maps and they tell us they are over by the mall because they can't find our address...because no one listens when we tell them they need to use Google Maps to find our address. Very frustrating. A few times when we have asked for thin crust we get regular crust and we never get extra cheese when we ask for it. Again, Very frustrating. I've been missing out 😕 First off my husband and I love pizza and skeptical to try something new. Today we decided to try Marcos and we loved it the crust is Devine only wished I would of gotten garlic butter for dipping. If you guy's would add a little more toppings and cheese because our pizza had a few bare spots. I do believe we have found a new pizza 😋 On July 1st we ordered a couple pizza's and once again it was the best. I love the pepperoni magnifico and hubby love's thin and crispy the works minus mushrooms add Pinapple. And as usual it was delicious. Alway's have trouble ordering online but I call the store and still get the discount and most pizza places will not do that only online so thank you guy's your the best and your definitely not stingy with toppings. Up until now I would have given 5 stars but we have trouble with the app multiple times missing out on reward point but tonight because the online app wasn't working again called and placed and order and my fiances sub came full of mushrooms when asked to leave them off because he is allergic to them I had a large handful off of one half of the sub alone did the offer to replace to order yeah but I'd understand more of an error from their app over talking to a person extremely disappointed not sure if we will...
