THANK YOU TO THE TEAM OF YOUNG INDIVIDUALS THAT MADE SURE I WAS WELL TAKIN CARE OF MY JALAPENO SPICY CHICKEN BACON CLUB WAS AWESOME THiS WENDYS AS WELL AS THE WENDYS AT 86TH STREET & THE ONE IN BEACH GROVE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS WHERE IT IS VERY CLEAN WELL KEPT I WAS TIRED & HAD TO WALK A CONSIDERABLE DISTANCE TO FIND A PLACE TO GO & ITS BEEN SO LONG SINCE OUR TRUCK DRIVERS DELIVERY PEOPLE CONSTRUTION WORKERS TRAVELERS OR ANY ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO DEPEND ON THERE BEING A PLACE TO GO TO THE REST ROOM AND I MISTAKENLY WENT TO THE LADIES ROOM I AM THANKFULL TO THE KIND & DILLIGENT YOUNG LADY THAT CONTINUED TO CLEAN THE REST ROOM OUT SIDE OF THE STALL WHER I WAS SHE SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT IT AT LEAST I AM A EMPLOYEE INSTEAD OF IT BEING SOMEONE ELSE THAT MIGHT GET MAD PEOPLE THAT SHOW A PERSONS MATURITY & INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT ISNT A OPINION OR A DEBATABLE THEORY FACT THE BATH ROOM NEEDED CLEANED SO SHE DID SO FACT THERE WAS A MAN IN THAT SAME BATHROOM ITS ALSO A FACT THAT I HAVE HAD ALMOST ZERO WOMAN HAVE ANY PROBLEM AT ALL WITH ME GOING TO THE BATHROOM EVER IN MY LIFE OR EVER MAKING A BIG DEAL ABOUT IT THE TWO TiMES I ACCIDENTALLY WENT INTO A WOMENS RESTROOM OR THE MANY TIMES IVE CHOSE TO GO TO A SINGLE RESTROOM NEXT TO A OCCUPIED RESTROOM WITH A MAN IN IT OUT I CANT RECALL THINKING THAT A INDIVIDUAL SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO CLEAN RESTROOMS YET PEOPLE THIS REDICULOUS BEHAVIOUR OF THOSE THAT COULDNT SEA OUR SOCIETIES NEED TO BECOME & STAY A CLEANER MORE AWARE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBL WHILE MAKING OTHERS AWARE OF THE BEST FACTUAL WAYS TO TAKE SELFISH CARE OF OUR FAMILIES & OUSELVES BECAUSE EVERYONE THAT ISNT PHYSICALLY EMOTIONALLY & PSYCHOLOGICALLY HEALTHY IS iN OUR WORLD WHERE OUR KIDS & FAMILIES HAPPEN TO ALSO BE SO PLEASE DONT BE A MAD OR REFUSE TO JUDGE WHEN A PERSON IS IN A RIGHT OR WRONG WAY OR REASON NEEDING Y OUR HELP OR GUIDENCE & BE THAT WATCH TOWER THAT KEEPS YOU OR A LOVED ON HEALTHY SAFE FROM A SICKNESS OF ANY KIND THAT COMES ALWAYS COMES FROM SOMEONE WHO MOST LIKELY DIDNT GET SICK FROM BATH TIME OR A SOCIATY DEVELOPED ENOUGH TO EVEN SEE THERE SELF ONLY AS HEALTY AS THERE MEMBERS ARE AFTER THE FIRST ONE WAS INFECTED WAIT CHINA BAT S Hi S T O R Y EST REMEMBERED BY...

I work at a shop in the strip center near this Wendy’s so this used to be a frequent place I would walk to for lunch. Over the past year this location has gone downhill tremendously.

I have had multiple occasions where my food was either over-cooked, undercooked, or completely not what I ordered. You will frequently experience a 20+ minute wait for your order while being one of the only people waiting. They have run out of ingredients multiple times, sometimes even nuggets or burgers.

The store is rarely clean. 90% of the time I go in there my shoes stick to the floor. They seem to have issues with their kiosks as they are either off or frozen a good chunk of the time.

Now the worst part of all is by far the staff. Around 4 months ago I had an issue with an employee repeatedly following me back to my place of work. The employees seem to be constantly changing and it makes sense considering what I have seen with management. The male manager who is typically who I see working is beyond rude. I have witnessed him screaming at his staff over minor issues, watched him get into a screaming match with a female manager, and have been yelled at by him to use the kiosks while waiting to order (they were broken).

All of this brings me to the incident today. I have not eaten at this location for roughly 3 months due to the manager. Today one of my younger employees went to grab some lunch and came back upset. Apparently the person who rang her out was asking her personal questions such as where she attends school, where she works, and her plans after work. She claims that he introduced himself as ‘everyone’s favorite manager’ and wasn’t wearing a name tag, she also was not given her receipt. I went in shortly after and got a frosty to see who the manager working was and it was the same man that I have had previous issues with.

First I just want to say that the employees there are always very friendly. Unfortunately, the service has just gone downhill in the past few months in regards to getting orders right. I went there about 3 weeks ago and was given an ice cold chili. When I told them it was cold, they had me pull into a parking spot while they prepared a new one for me. I looked in the bag and figured I’d better go in because I didn’t see a spoon. Sure enough, when I went in they handed me the chili and there wasn’t a spoon in the bag, but the new one was still cold. I just left and figured I’d have to warm it up myself because there was no way they’d get it right the third time.

Just left there a few minutes ago and it was a horrible experience. Ordered a bacon sandwich and since I never leave that drive thru without checking my order first, I saw that the sandwich had pickles (not listed on the menu) and it didn’t have the bacon. I told the lady at the window that I needed one with no pickles and they forgot the bacon. She came back a minute later and handed me a sandwich that was the exact same—-no bacon and had pickles. I waited and when a guy (I’m assuming manager) came to the window, he told me that’s the sandwich I ordered and I showed him where it was still missing the bacon and had pickles and asked for a refund. He told me he’d remake it himself. He came back with the correct one the third time.
